LANA'S POV:

"HOW come you aren't coming to the airport with us?" Leo questioned as he grabbed his phone off charge staring at me weirdly.

"busy, something for my course work came up" I shrugged, lying.

"wow so you're gonna actually do something school related instead of seeing jude at the airport" He rolled his eyes.

"yeah i am, bye have fun" I attempted to shut his interrogating questions down.

"fine by me, front seat's mine" He smiled walking out the front door with my mum.

SOONER or later, I had arrived at the studio inwhich Dave har sent me the address of.

"yo" I heard a male voice near by.

"now what are you wearing" I laughed at him, we had gotten closer now so it wasn't necessarily awkward.

He points innocently at his vintage united top chuckling "what? you dont rate the red devils?"

"absolutely not, gunners on top for me"

"gunners unah, man united is so clear lana don't even go there" He continued laughing signalling to come over to where he was at.

"so you ever been at a studio like this before..?"

"no..i haven't been to anything music related before, except concerts"

"well your singing voice said otherwise g" He replied, setting things up.

"hm well, i never paid attention to it i guess" I shrugged.

"well be grateful cuh you know you must have talent if I pointed it out"

OMNISCIENT POV:

"JUDEEEEE" Leo screamed approaching the footballer.

"hey leo" Jude smiled in return as he scanned around the airport, his smile slowly fading away as he realises Lana's abscence.

"where's la-?" He began before getting interrupted by her brother.

"yeah safe knew you'd ask that, she didn't come this time" Leo shrugged.

Jude's eyes travelled towards his mother's and then Jobe's.

"She's busy with her work! Don't deep it Jude" Denise smiled dragging his suit case outside.

"yeah but she always is," He nervously chuckled.

"well maybe she's extra busy now, Jesus Jude it's never that serious" Jobe laughed.

"alright then, are you lot coming to the match at least?" He asked again.

"course brev why wouldn't I" Leo replied.

LANA'S POV:

"YOU'RE getting the hang of it see?" He smiled.

"it's easier than I thought" I replied.

"I'd defo want you on my next track" He randomly said.

I paused staring at him for a moment, before laughing.
