12. Happy birthday pt 2.

After the movie we went straight to Manjiro's house. When we came in everyone started shouting "Happy birthday!" and throwing confetti. Boys lifted Mikey on their hands and started throwing him up to catch and throw up again. It was a huge mess, but Mikey was smiling so shiny... I guess I saw a small tears in the corner of his eyes.

When everyone calmed down we moved to the big room, where girls put some snacks and table games. Everyone was having fun, some were playing games, others were chatting.

"Y/N!" - Mikey called me, and came closer, - "Was it your idea?"

His face was shining of happiness.

"We did it all together, it was a group decision." - I smiled widely, - "I'm really glad you liked it."

"Joking? I haven't had this much fun on my birthday ever!" - he hugged me tightly and lifted up a bit.

The noises in the room became a bit more silent.

The he put me down and said quietly:

"Y/N, I love you so much!" - and kissed my cheek.

The room became totally quiet.

"Eeew, get yourself a room!" - shouted Chifuyu.

"Did anyone took a video?.." - asked Draken.

"Hinata took some nice pics," - said Takemitchi looking to Hinata's phone together with Emma.

Mikey's face changed to death glare.

"You guys serious?" - he asked.

"Miiikeeey, it's ookaaay, just let them beeee," - I took his hand and dragged him outside, to the floor window that lead to the yard.

We sat on the terrace and he hugged my shoulders. For some time we kept being just like that quietly. I felt that he is a bit pissed, but still enjoyed being my pissed boyfriend.

"Hey, it's the first time your friends see that gentle side of yours..." - I hugged him back.

"They're annoying..." - he said angrily.

"Oh, c'mon, the more you react, the more they would tease you." - I said cheerfully, - "I'm sure they are happy to see you like that."

"Yeah... Y/N... you know, I wish Baji was here. I still can't understand why did he do that..." - said Mikey.

I felt pain in his voice.

"Manjiro... actually, I think he has a plan to care about Toman like that..." - I started.

"Really?! I was thinking just like that too, but... I thought it's just because we're best friends and I can't believe he left." - Mikey cut me off.

"See?.. I know people like him, he would throw away everything for something he cherishes. Let's just believe his plan will go successfully, and then you'll welcome him back. Okay?" - I patted his shoulder.

"I want to believe this ain't a fake hope..." - he said sadly, and then immediately changed to the shiny smiled face, - "Enough of that, it a party right now, let's have some fun!"

He helped me to stand up and dragged me inside the house, where everyone were playing Monopoly.

That evening was amazing, everyone was so happy. After everything that happened earlier it was nice to see everyone smiling. While boys were playing me, Hinata and Emma cleaned the mess with snacks a bit. It was close to the night, so our friends started leaving one by one.

"Y/N, would you ride home by train?" - asked Mikey, when we bid our goodbyes to Hina and Takemichi.

"I dunno... it's a bit late. I'll call dad to pick me up, I guess..."
