After school the girls cycled home together. Margaret and Riley would stay on for lacrosse practice (or so she said)
Anne- I don't get why people love to play games so much instead they could just stay home and sip tea and also spill some
Josephine- Yeah sure Anne, there's more in doing something useful than gossip
Sally- I sure do like sports but I'm not half as good as Riley or Margaret, what about you Josephine why don't you want to stay for practice?
Josephine - Nah I'd rather be home today, we sure do have a lot of homework and I want to finish reading the last chapter of my book anyway
Anne- Ugh! Books horrible things. I can't believe how you can read books Josephine, they disgust me.
Josephine - Whatever Anne. Try reading them then you'll know.
Anne - Never! As long as I live!
Sally- Oh come on, you two!
Josephine- Alright I gotta head this way now so bye girls! See y'all tomorrow!
Anne and Sally- Goodbye!
And so saying Anne and Sally rode off to their own homes together..... And Josephine? Well.... There's a whole different chapter for that.
Back at school Riley was playing lacrosse with her team, Riley was the captain as she was the best in most of the games but had never beat Margaret in tennis. After her practice Riley decided to head home. She went to the change in the changing room
*inside the room*
(Boxes fall off the stack kept there and there's a loud noise)
Riley ran over to the pile of boxes... And there was Margaret underneath it all
Riley- MARGARET WHAT ARE DOING HERE THIS LATE? I told you all to go home after the practice didn't I? And that was 20 minutes ago!
Margaret got up and dusted herself and looked innocently at Riley- Oh! Riley! I'm sorry I forgot something in here and I couldn't find it...
Riley- Gosh! What are you looking for?
Margaret- Just a ball...
Riley- Here let me help you..
Margaret- NO DON'T!!!!
Riley- Why?
Margaret- No I'm sorry. You can't...
Riley- Umm... Alright I guess... Then find it and get out quickly don't forget to lock the door when you get out.
Margaret- Yes I shall do that.
Riley- Alright then bye!
Riley (to herself)- What a weirdo.... I wonder what were in the boxes though... And what she was looking for. Ahh dang! Look at the time I gotta go home.
And so saying she mounted her bicycle and rode off... As she rode off someone from behind entered the school....
