Four days flew past them after Josephine's funeral... And yet they still visited her grave everyday... Nobody left the school as they all thought the crime had been committed in the park as per the place where the body was found... Well I guess they'll never know... Margaret was devastated when she heard about Josephine and cried herself sick all week, everyone tried to console her but nothing helped... She didn't come to school for more than three weeks. The other girls however tried to be in their best moods and also helped each other... Anne and Susan were now the best of friends and nothing would separate them Sally and Riley were pretty much the same as they were before only a bit gloomy. Everyone believed Josephine was now in a better place wherever that might be, never to suffer anymore of the things she had had to.
Life for the girls was never the same without the bookish, pessimistic lover.
No one to lecture them, no one to quote her favourite lines from her favourite book and no one to hold them back from wrong-doing.
They spent most of their time outside in the grounds and they didn't go to the room for a long while when they were there...
