"That was beautiful.." they heard as a behind them suddenly said. They were so caught up in the moment they didn't notice Ramiris, veldora, shuna, shion, Benimaru, souei and tsuyoi behind them.

"E-eh?! How long have you guys been there?!" Rimuru shrieked as he blushed a deep crimson.

"Long enough to see who won the bet. Pay up, Ramiris." Veldora said as he looked smugly at Ramiris.

"Ahh...I forgot about that! Here take your stupid money!" Ramiris said as she gave Veldora 5 silver coins.

"That was what you were betting on?!" Rimuru said as he pointed at Veldora.

"Yep." Veldora said proudly as he flipped a silver coin.

"Not into men my ass. Wait till I tell mom." Tsuyoi said as rimuru nearly fainted.

"Fine you were right! Just don't tell mom and dad yet! I'm not ready." Rimuru said as tsuyoi gave a small chuckle and gave a small thumbs up.

"When are you guys getting married?!" Shion said excitedly, not minding that Diablo seemed to have won rimuru over.

"Can I be a bride's maid?!" Shuna said as she started imagining the wedding.

Rimuru's blush turned darker as Diablo just looked away embarrassed. Tsuyoi, benimaru and souei gave a small chuckle as veldora and Ramiris kept teasing them.

"G-go back to the ball..!" Rimuru said as his friends left still laughing.

"Stupid tsuyoi.." Rimuru said pouting.

"Fufufu you look adorable, master." Diablo said as he pinched Rimuru's cheek which rimuru seemed to have blushed more.

"Whatever.. and stop that!" Rimuru said as he slapped Diablo's hand away.

"Whatever you say, master." Diablo said as he and rimuru sat down on the grass.

"Why didn't you just tell me Diablo?" Rimuru asked leaning on Diablo.

"Tell you what master?" Diablo asked.

"Tell me that you liked me? You do like me right-?" Rimuru asked.

"Ofcourse I like you master. As for why I didn't tell you, I was scared you were going to reject me." Diablo explained.

"I see...you don't have to worry about me rejecting you anymore. I like you too.." Rimuru said as he gave Diablo a small kiss on the cheek.

Diablo smiled and they spent the next few minutes in comfortable silence.

The ball ended 2 hours ago, but neither of them knew that. They were both silently staring at the stars when rimuru gave a small yawn.

"Master, we should go back. You're tired." Diablo said as rimuru nodded and they left for rimuru's house for rest.

The next day, the different kingdoms were already leaving to go back to their kingdom. Since rimuru was still in bed, Benimaru gave the order that 'Rimuru will announce his chosen suitor in the next 3 days.'

Rimuru woke up to Diablo bringing him breakfast in bed.

"Good morning master." Diablo greeted as he set the tray of food on rimuru's bedside table.

"Morning." Rimuru greeted back yawning a little. Rimuru stared at the food Diablo brought him. It was pancakes with syrup.

"What's all this?" Rimuru asked as he sat up from the bed.

"Breakfast." Diablo answered he tried to feed rimuru.

"I-I can eat by myself Diablo." Rimuru answered blushing slightly. Diablo chuckled and gave rimuru his breakfast.

"Did you sleep well, master?" Diablo asked as he sat beside rimuru.

"I slept okay i guess and ya know you can just call me by my name right?" Rimuru said as he looked at Diablo.

"Fufufu, I am your servant and you are my master therefore I will call you master." Diablo answered as he patted rimuru's head.

"Well, from now on just call me Rimuru." Rimuru said as he finished his breakfast.

"Fufufu alright mas- Rimuru." Diablo said as he corrected himself. Rimuru smiled sweetly and stood up to change since he was still wearing his clothes from the ball yesterday.

"Is there something else we need to do today?" Rimuru asked as he looked for clothes to wear.

"Ah yes! Whilst you were sleeping Benimaru and the rest of the department heads decided that you will be going to announce your suitor in 3 days. As for the rest, Ramiris-Sama said that another walpurgis meeting will be held tomorrow." Diablo said as he stood up.

"A Walpurgis? What for?" Rimuru asked as he shifted to his slime form to put on the clothes.

"I don't know the contents of the meeting but Ramiris-sama said the meeting was called by that red headed knucklehead." Diablo replied as rimuru looked confused. Read headed knucklehead? Who is that? Then rimuru pieced it together.

"You mean Guy?" Rimuru asked as he shifted back to his human form.

"Yes mas- rimuru." Diablo replied.

"Come on. I need to help clean the ballroom up." Rimuru said as Diablo followed.

"Rimuru-sama!" Rigurdo exclaimed as he saw rimuru and diablo walking towards them. Currently, Rigurdo, Rigur and the other goblins were cleaning up the ballroom.

"Good morning Rigurdo." Rimuru greeted as he stopped infront of the goblins.

"What is Rimuru-sama doing here? We thought Rimuru-sama was resting?" Rigur asked.

"I got up early. May I help?" Rimuru asked.

"Rimuru-sama you must rest. We can do this on our own." Rigurdo said as rimuru gave a small giggle.

"I insist, besides I have nothing better to do." Rimuru said as he helped the goblins.

"Fufufu I too shall help, rimuru." Diablo said as he helped clean. Rimuru smiled and went on to help the goblins clean. They finished cleaning and at the end or the day Rimuru and Diablo retreated to their house.

"Diablo?" Rimuru called to the taller demon as they entered their house.

"Yes, Rimuru?" Diablo answered, still not used to not calling him master. Rimuru smiled and leaned and cupped Diablo's face with his hand.

"I'm glad it was you. When I finally realized, I realized that I'm very enchanted by you." Rimuru said, smiling. Diablo was taken aback but smiled back regardless. He took Rimuru's hand gave it a chaste kiss.

"I love you, Rimuru." Diablo said in a soft voice.

"I love you too, Diablo." Rimuru responded.

Unbeknownst to the new couple, Rimuru's family watched the scene unfold as they smiled fondly at the couple.
