The summer heat honed in on my back. As it sneaked into my room from my slightly opened windows.
"Open your blinds!" My father said to me before walking out of my room. I let out a sigh and heaved myself off my bed. I walked over to the draw line and opened them up. The sun immediately cascaded down on every last bit of my room. I stood there with my eyes closed for a second letting the warmth overlap me. Then all of a sudden cold arms wrapped around my waist from behind. I let a gasp and turned my around to see the culprit.
"Hey! You really scared that time!"
"And that's what made it funny," my girlfriend said to me, leaning down and putting her head on my shoulder. I rolled my eyes and looked back ahead.
"If u wanna cuddle then just ask me."
We both knew I was always the one to want to cuddle but I always tried to make it seem like she wanted it. She let off a little hum and slid her arms off my waist and brang her body over to my bed. She gently picked my cat up and set him down on the floor. I followed closely behind her. We both got into my bed and she wrapped her arms around my waist again. I snuggled close into her and let the warmth of the sun and my girlfriend engulf me.
