A month later
Being busy working at the restaurant and tattoo parlor, Nat felt weeks were flying by. It's been a month since she has spoken to her family. She was done.
One night, Jungkook went on live and had her in tears while lying on the covers of her bed with her phone in hand.
" Army, you guys are special to me. I hope you know that. You will always be special to me." Jungkook explained
Jungkook paused and took another sip of his beer. " There is also another person who is very special to me, and I apologize that I didn't introduce them to you guys sooner."
Nat sat up in her bed. " Jungkook, what are you doing?"
"She's a very creative and passionate person. Very smart. Sexy brain like Namjoon-hyung," Jungkook smiled.
Nat laughed.
"She's fun to be around, the guys like her as well and I know you guys would have liked her too," Jungkook smiled
Nat started to cry.
"One day, I hope that I get to see her again," Jungkook smiled
" God, I miss him," Nat cried
"Please send her the same love and support, you guys show me, okay," Jungkook asked

Two days later,
Before going to work at the tattoo parlor, Nat built up the courage to text Jungkook only to discover that his number had been changed. Nat tried to shake away the heaviness before going to work but she failed.
"It's probably best that we don't have access to each other. I guess we both need to move on," Nat pondered
As she finished preparing her station, the front desk receptionist came and announced that her first appointment had arrived.
Nat went and greeted her client. They discussed a few things about the tattoo before laying out the stencil. Once the client was approved the placement of the stencil on their forearm, Nat put on a new pair of black disposable gloves and got to work.
" I saw on your Instagram that you worked in South Korea, what was that like?" the client asked
"It was great! It was my first experience working in a tattoo parlor. There are a lot of talented artists. I have one friend named Hana, who does formidable work, " Nat smiled
"Cool, maybe I should check her out when I go there next September," the client said
"Are you going there for a vacation, study, or work?" Nat asked
"I'm going there to study," the client replied
"Best of luck to you," Nat smiled
"Thanks. You have a lot of friends back there?" the client inquired
" Yeah, I have a few friends there," Nat smiled
"Do you ever plan to visit or live there again?" the client asked
"Live. No, but visit maybe. Not now," Nat answered
Her answer triggered the heaviness that she was feeling earlier.
"I hope you go whenever you're ready," the client said
Nat grinned faintly. " I hope so,"

After a long day at the tattoo parlor, Nat lay in bed rewatching season one of Kingdom on Netflix. She received a call from an unknown number.
"Who the fuck is that?" Nat mumbled looking at her phone screen.
She waited until the call ended but after the unknown caller called back. At first, she thought it was Tyler or her mom trying to reach her.
She rolled her eyes ready to cuss out whoever was on the other side of the line.
"Hello," Nat answered sharply
The unknown caller chuckled. "Noona, did I catch you at a bad time?"
Nat recognized that laugh from anywhere.
"Jungkook," Nat said softly
Jungkook laughed. " It's me, baby, can I come over?"
