{ Chapter Three }

Enid couldn't wait! She was always excited whenever she got to hang out with her roommate, since her roommate is... hard to understand. With her emo vibes and the fact that she doesn't even use a phone! That was surprising. Even now she has a phone she still doesn't use it that much.

Enid got on her phone and started texting Wednesday.

Enid: Hey Wednesday! I'm on my way right now!

Enid: Wednesday?

Wednesday: I'm still getting used to this whole phone thing.

Enid: It's all right! Are you already there?

Wednesday: Yeah, i've been here for a while now.

Enid: Oh all right well I'm on my way now!

Enid simply smiles as she skips all the way until she reaches the café.

Time Skip

Enid opens the door to the café and looks around, finally she sees Wednesday, who is already sitting down reading a book.

"Hey Wednesday!" Enid smiles as she pulls up a chair and sits down in front of her. Wednesday glares up from her book before putting it down, realizing that her roommate is here now.

"Erm, hey." It was obvious that she felt a bit awkward, Enid could tell.

"What book are you reading there?" Enid tries to take a peek, but ends up just sitting down back at her chair.

"It's one of the books that I found at the boarding school. They have a pretty bad selection if I am being honest." Wednesday flips over her book then nudges it to Enid so that she could read the back.

After finishing reading the back, she nudges it back to Wednesday. "Well from what I read it seems pretty cool!"

"It's all right, however I would still rather read my serial killer diaries." Wednesday peaks over at the menu.

"Wednesday? Enid? Is that you guys?" Says a voice that seems to be coming closer. They both look up and see Xavier.

"Xavier! I didn't know you worked here!" Enid widens her eyes.

"It's a long story, how are you guys? And, what would you like?" He looks at Wednesday and points at her. "I'm guessing you want a quad?" Wednesday just nods.

"Alright, and what about you?" Xavier looks at Enid.

"I got my own snacks, so that's all!" She pulls out some random snacks from her bag. Xavier gives her a weird look before just nodding.

Time Skip

Wednesday took a sip of her drink that had just been given to her. Xavier had took a break and pulled up a chair and sat next to the two.

"So, what have you been up to for the past month?" He looks at the both of them.

"Well, nothing much is happening on my side. Except for the part where my room is a mess, every full moon since I can wolf-out now it becomes a crazy disaster! I always have to make sure I'm outside for most of the day when it's a full moon." Enid explains.

"I've been finding out every little way on how to escape my parents." Wednesday says plainly.

"Well, sounds like an interesting break for the two of you." Xavier shot a weird glance at Wednesday. "Why do you want to escape your parents?"

"We are opposites except for our taste of style. I don't want to exactly escape from them. I want some time alone, away from them. always."

The three of them talked for a little until Xavier had to go back to work. When he did Wednesday looked up at Enid.

"I think it's time we get out of this café." She already gets up from her chair, and then she grabs Enid's hand out of instinct. Enid widened her eyes but just went with it. Being dragged all the way back to the boarding school.

Wednesday couldn't believe what she has done, just holding her hand, that was it. And yet she still felt like she was gonna have a panic attack. Perhaps she was having heart problems? She didn't know, she didn't like the feeling, but then again, it also felt nice.
