"So you're saying that a girl created a star portal that led you here?" Stephen asked.

"I know it sounds crazy but-"

"Eli" Stephen's warm voice caught her attention. "Don't worry, I believe you" he smiled.

Eli felt comforted by what Stephen said. She knew for a fact that if she told this story to other people, they wouldn't believe her.

"Thank you" she smiled back at him. Stephen can't help but notice the resemblance between Eli and Oli. Their hair. Their eyes. And their smile. "They really look alike" he thought to himself

"Could you help me go back home, Mister Doctor?" Eli asked politely. "As much as I wanted to explore this universe but I have to go back. My mother might be worried" she continues

"Of course" he smiled "And please, just call me Stephen"

"Is she up yet?" Wong asked

"Yeah. She's freshening up in the bathroom" Stephen says while carefully closing the door.

"Did she say anything?"

"A lot actually. Apparently, she's from another universe and what led her here is a star-shaped portal created by a girl named-"

"America" Wong finished Stephen's sentence making him furrow his eyebrows.

"You know the girl?" he asked confused

"I heard about her. The girl who could travel the multiverse is said to be a myth." Wong said as he was trying to puzzle what was happening.

"Could it be?"

"Could what be?"

"If that girl is from another universe, could it be that she's Oli in her universe?" Wong asked with a serious tone

"I don't know" Stephen replies stuttering. Stephen would not deny the fact that he thought about this while having a conversation with Eli. He knows that she'll have to go back to her universe eventually meaning that if she's in fact Oli, he would have to watch her leave again.

"It's not possible"

Wong shakes his head.

"What are some of Oli's characteristics?" Wong asked.

"What?"

"Just answer"

"No" Stephen rolled his eyes at his friend. "I know what you're trying to do. You're trying to figure out if they're the same person."

Wong smiled "You know me so well" he chuckled.

"Let's just help her go home so that it'll be over. Her parents must be worried" Stephen gave Wong a pat on the back and gave him a bitter smile.

"Okay, I'll be in Kamar Taj to look for books about the multiverse." Wong said while walking towards the portal he made. But before he could even enter the portal, he looked back

"Stephen"

"hmm?"

"you know it's ancient custom to bow in the presence of the sorcerer supreme?" Wong teased Stephen knowing that even if it's the custom, he'll never do it

"is it?" Stephen smiled

"I'll look forward to the day you'll do that" Wong said smiling and closed the portal.

Suddenly, a loud thud coming from upstairs caught the attention of Stephen. Worried, Stephen quickly ran to Eli's room and saw her frantically looking for something.

"what is it? are you okay?" he asked

"the book"

"what book?"

"have you seen a book? am I carrying one when you found me? do you have it?" Eli asked Stephen nonstop.

"Easy, kid. You're not carrying anything when I found you" Stephen said

"No no no no- where could it be?" Eli said as she put her hands on her head as she tries to remember where the book is.

"what is it about anyway?" he asks

"I- I don't know" Eli groaned in frustration. "The funny thing is I didn't even got the chance to open it because some freaky monster attacked us but I had this feeling that I have to have it, you know?" she continues.

Stephen nodded and walks closer to the girl

"Come with me" he says as he created a portal

Eli's eyes widened in disbelief. She then rubbed her eyes to see if what she's seeing is real  "Woah, am i seeing this right? Is that a portal?"

"Let's go find your book" he says as they both entered the portal.
