Chapter 5: New Life

We were part of the Metkayina Clan now. We loved it. We love the ocean, especially my kids. We were Sea People now. I gotta admit I can get use to this. About a month went by, things seemed to be going great. Until they weren't... the sky people were back once again. The night sky rose, everyone was asleep. The next day, Lo'ak and Tsireya went out, I could tell they liked eachother, but I didn't know they were dating behind my back... Tsireya said "shouldn't you tell your dad about us?" Lo'ak said "I'll tell him, soon" they gave eachother a kiss and swam. Neytiri was in our hut when she found a video, "what's this?" She said, she hit play, "Hi, my names Jake sully and I need to get the truth out, of why I came to Pandora. I was suppose to come here to earn the Na'vi's trust and respect and then tell them to leave HomeTree. Cause it was gonna get destroyed, but I fell in love, well I made her think that. I didn't actually love her, I was just using her to get to hometree, she fell for my trap, stupid Na'vi, I'll just have to see where this goes" the video ended. Tears were streaming down Neytiri's face. I walked in and saw her crying and said "hey what's wrong" I tried touching her arm but she moved away and said "YOU LIED!" I said "what are you talking about" she said "you don't actually love me! You were using me for your people!" I stood there in confusion and shock and said "I never lied to you, I'm not using you" she said "then explain that!" She points to the video "I didn't make that!" She said "then why is it you!" I tried touching her arm but she said "don't touch me" I said "someone probably made that" she said "who would do that! That's you!" She said "get out" I said "what" she said "get out!" I left and she closed the hut. Lo'ak saw me and said "are you ok?" I said "your mom thinks I lied to her" Lo'ak said "why" I said "she saw a video of why I came to Pandora but I never made a video" Lo'ak said "let me see it" I said "ok" Lo'ak went and saw the video, I went in and Neytiri glared at me with tears streaming down her face, I wanted to hold her but I knew she wouldn't let me. Lo'ak said "um this is edited" I said "edited?" He said "yes someone took clips of you somehow and edited it into this video" Neytiri said "how do you know" Lo'ak said "well you can see that the video pauses sometimes and when someone makes a video of themselves, it doesn't do that" i said "I wonder who did that" Neytiri said "my Jake? Im sorry I didn't believe you" tears streaming down her face. I ran to her and hugged her and said "shh, it's ok, I would never do any of this" I gave her a kiss on the forehead. She said "I hate being mad at you" I chuckled and said "I hate when your mad at me" Lo'ak said "who do you think did this" I said "I have no clue, quaritch is dead so it wouldn't have been him" Lo'ak looked at me and said "dead? No he's not, he's alive" I stood up and said "what!" I heard a voice come in from my ear piece, "you actually thought I was dead? Haha, how'd your girl like the video" I said "I knew you were behind this!" Quaritch said "oh Jake, I'm behind everything" quaritch said "your girls a feisty one" I said "what's that supposed to mean" he said "you'll find out soon enough" the call ended. That night, we all went to sleep. "Jake! Jake!" A voice called, I said "Neytiri!" I tried running to her but there was a wall blocking us, it was glass, only, you couldn't see it. Neytiri starting banging on the glass, I couldn't hear what she was saying. "Jake! Jake! Talk to me!" Then before I knew it I was shot in the back of the head. I fell to the floor. Neytiri standing there in shock and horror, "NO! NO! MY JAKE!" She screamed, she banged on the glass and kept screaming, she woke up screaming bloody murder. I shot up and said "hey hey what's wrong?" She sobbed "my Jake?" I said "what happened?" She sobbed "y-you d-died, i-i couldn't s-save you, you w-were s-shot" I held her and said "shhh it was just a dream" she said "i c-couldn't g-get t-to y-you, there was a g-glass w-wall and I couldn't get to you" i said "I'm here shhh, I'm not leaving, I'm not leaving you" she said "i-i couldn't g-get t-to y-you, i-i k-killed y-you" I said "no you didn't, it was just a dream" i kissed her on the forehead while holding her, she held onto me, tight, sobbing. I said "I'm not going anywhere" she fell asleep on me.
