Wednesday's POV
My eyes widen and I gasp as I feel her hot breath sinking deeply into my skin, leaving a permanent affection, causing my skin to shiver in the best way possible.
I hear her husky voice again. "I need to feel you." My mind goes blank focusing on to her voice, that husky voice, I've never heard her use.
"Can I please hug you?" God why are hugs so important to her, there just pointless in my opinion. I mean unless you're gonna grab their arms and rip them apart, now that's another story, but I wouldn't do that to Enid, ever, even if my life depended on it, which again I didn't care whether I lived or not. A part of me wants to live with and for Enid.
No One's POV
"Fine, Just Once More." Wednesday says back to her monotone voice trying to not show emotion, it seems weak to her to show any after all. Enid then slowly and calmly, to not frighten the emotionless girl, puts each of her hands on both sides of Wednesday's lower outer part of her stomach, she then slowly slides her hands not separating their touch, towards the inner of her stomach. Then she has her in her hold and gently presses on her hug, the more time that goes by the more the two girls feel the affection of the back hug. Enid feels something new as Wednesday adds pressure to her arms, hugging her. Both girls get this feeling that they never felt before, causing them to want more of each other, all though they didn't know how. Wednesday feels Enid's mouth near her neck, so close.
Wednesday and Enid can smell each other's natural sent. Wednesday; the smell of a rainy night. Enid; the smell of the beach on an early morning.
A few moments later Enid's claws and fangs come out of nowhere, causing Enid to leave a small cut on Wednesday's neck as her mouth was really close to her neck.
Wednesday loved it, the small and short sting, exactly like how Wednesday expected the type of pain to receive from her roommate.
This causes Enid to immediately separate herself from the girl she hurt.
"I'm so, so sorry." Enid said as her claws and fangs went back in and her hand covered her mouth as she sat next to Wednesday.
Wednesday stayed calm and looked at Enid emotionless, not letting herself give in to break the poker face. "Enid, I told you before I like pain, besides you just gave a small, short sting, no big deal."
"Oh." Enid said. Quickly feeling awkward after realizing what happened. "I'm sorry the unexpected voice change in me, I had a shot."
"You drink?" Wednesday questioned.
"It was a dare, the older kids sneaked in some and dared me." Enid responded truthfully. "I did it to let go a little, I had a lot of stress on me." She added a chuckle.
"Yeah..." Wednesday said remembering what Yoko said about Erica being a better friend to Enid than her.
"What?" Enid noticed an expression on Wednesday.
"I regret not helping you deal with the stress you have been dealing with today." Wednesday says with her usual monotone voice.
"No need to apologize." Enid gives Wednesday a warm smile. "Also, you weren't the only one that was jealous. To be honest, I didn't really like seeing you chat with Xavier." Enid admitted.
"I wasn't, I wouldn't have such a stupid emotion." Wednesday makes it clear.
"Mhm..." Enid not believing her.
"Wait, why would be feel such an emotion towards me and Xavier? Are you into him?"
"What? Oh no, God no, Wednesday, I would never."
"Then?"
"I just..." Enid exhales through her nostrils. "I thought that if you and Xavier did become a thing, you'd be too busy paying attention to him and barely have time to hang out with me."
"First, I WOULD NEVER go out with Xavier. Second, I would still make time to hang out with you even if I were in a relationship. Not that I would be in one"
"Why not? I mean you have the looks." Enid looks at Wednesday up and down slowly, noticing the small details of her roommate. She looks at her freckles and then at her lips. She snaps out of it as she sees Wednesday catch her staring.
"I don't do relationships and if there was some tragedy that happens to somehow put me in a relationship, I wouldn't really..." Wednesday stops for a moment. She looks away from Enid's direction.
"What?"
"I wouldn't really be, like, into certain stuff that much." Wednesday says getting a bit nervous but hides it well. "I mean of course I would be interested, I just don't really have that kind of person to really make me care about it."
"Oh." Enid says "Ok."
"Thank you for telling me, it means a lot to me that you'd open up to me about this." Enid says heartfelt and puts her hand on Wednesday's chin to make her face towards hers. Enid would be lying to herself if she said she didn't feel anything weird at that moment, she just didn't know what it was, she never felt it before, so didn't pay much attention.
"Oh gosh, I made you bleed a little."
"I got it." Wednesday says before she wipes the blood off her neck with her hand and licks it clean. "There."
"mm" Enid mutters.
"You should get sleep." Wednesday says
"Night black cat."
"Gold retriever."
Enid gasps, "We should totes have that as our nicknames, it matches us well."
"I'll attack you in your sleep if you use them in public."
"Yes!" Enid loudly whispers as she throws a playful punch into the air.
