"Goddamnit—fuck! That was so cringy!"

Lee Yoohan, 25-year-old, was having an existential crisis inside his car, maddeningly kicking the poor dashboard that had just freshly been repaired.

The small laughter coming from the driver's seat only help him sink more into the car seat, face red and buried inside his palm. If he didn't remember how hard it was styling his hair this morning, he would have pulled out some of it to compensate for the goosebumps he felt all over his body.

"I didn't think you'd be that good at acting, Master," Yoon Jay smirked, glancing at the younger man. Too bad—it'd be better if Yoohan wasn't just acting.

But still, the weight of the uncomfortable collar—or should he say leash?—felt nice on his neck.

That show of possession, even if it was just a ruse to get rumors spreading in the mansion, he enjoyed every bit of it; the way Yoohan touch his chin, and unbuttoned his shirt; the feel of Yoohan's fingers on his neck...

"I've been acting all my life, so there's no way I'll be bad at it," Yoohan crossed his arm, leaning back and shaking his head to get rid of the image of his performance earlier.

With this, Yoohan wanted to show that Yoon Jay was his, so that his other siblings wouldn't pull a string to get the man to serve them. He had gone as far as making a different contract for the man.

Beyond that, by being shown that Yoohan treated Jay in a special manner, people who wanted to get to him would probably go through Jay—be it bribery or seduction. It was annoying to admit it himself, but this man seemed to be too obsessed with him, which was why Yoohan felt Jay would never fall for that kind of approach.

But the most important thing was that he wanted a rumor to spread even more about how improper Yoohan had become, flirting with a bodyguard and whatnot. He wanted to create an image of a master being obsessed with his hot bodyguard, showering the man with presents and affection.

Even if it just acting.

[I received my bodyguard safely. Thank you, hyung :)]

Yoohan shivered as he typed the message and sent it to Lee Wooseok. But imagining what kind of face the older man would make once he heard the rumor about him and Jay made Yoohan smirk. He purposely sent the message while Wooseok was still in the middle of a meeting so the older man wouldn't be able to reply immediately—and turn off his phone.

Yoohan opened the glove compartment and took out another phone. As he turned that one on, he could hear Jay mutter with a dimpled smile. "It'll be nice if it wasn't just acting,"

"What?"

"Why don't you try to be an actor, Master?" Jay gave out a charming smile that had Yoohan scrunched his face in suspicion. "Since you're so good at acting."

Yoohan narrowed his eyes, the nagging feeling in his gut told him that this man wasn't really smiling. "You...why are you sulking?"

Jay widened his eyes for a second at that, before the pale eyes turned into crescents, and his smile turned into the genuine one he always showed Yoohan before. "You really are cute, Master."

"The hell?" Yoohan glared at the man, before shaking his head in defeat. He had decided not to try following this nutjob's thoughts. "Just focus on driving."

"Hmm...but then I guess, if you become a celebrity, there will be more people looking at you,"

"That'll be annoying," Yoohan propped his elbow on the door trim and looked outside, at the huge billboard that showed an advertisement of the HS Group jewelry line by a certain female celebrity. "It will be harder to move covertly with that kind of attention."
