Hell yeah! That's the easiest I've ever convinced ANYONE to come over for Christmas with the states!

He has no idea what he's in for heheh..

Anatoli is trying to eat his burritos in peace, but I'm leaning on him while eating my quesadilla.

Eventually they shove me away, "Stop!"

"Aww, ok."

They wipe some tears on their sleeve, "My eyes are watering because of your spicy quesadillas!"

"Fine, I'll finish them quickly."

Once we're both done with dinner, I smile at Anatoli, "Well, I'd say our first day living together was a success!"

Anatoli leans back on the couch, "Oh god, this was only one day?"

I laugh, cleaning up the trash and throwing it away, "Alright, buddy, we gotta figure out sleeping arrangements."

Anatoli gets up and shuffles towards his room, "Sleep wherever you want."

He collapses on his bed and pulls the blanket over himself.

Wherever I want, huh?

I settle into bed and-

"I meant anywhere in the other room! Not my bed, dumbass!"

"You said wherever I want and I want to sleep on a bed."

"We can barely fit on this thing! Get off!"

I snuggle against them, now under their blanket as well, "Just one night? I haven't slept on a bed in years."

Anatoli goes quiet for a bit, then reaches over me to plug his phone in to the charger, "Fine. One night. But you have to deal with my music."

I hug them, using their arm as a pillow, "Thank you."

He shoves an actual pillow in my face, "Don't push your luck."

Anatoli falls asleep first. They're a quiet sleeper.

I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.

*+*The Morning*+*

"Ow, FUCK!"

I groan and sit up, rubbing my eyes, "Hhhuhh?"

Anatoli sits up, rubbing their head, "You kicked me off the bed!"

"Oops."

"You're sleeping on the couch tonight!"

"Hell yeah... Goodnight." I roll over and pull the blanket over myself again.

"OH NO YOU DON'T!" A hand wraps around my ankle and yanks me out of bed.

My chin hits the floor, cushioned only slightly by my beard, "WHAT THE HELL?!"

Anatoli crosses his arms while glaring at me, "You kicked me off the bed, it's only fair."

I grab his arm and pull myself to my feet, nearly dragging him down in the process.

Anatoli grumbles, then checks their phone, "Ah, I have no classes today."

"Sweet. I have an afternoon class, I'm pretty sure."

Anatoli stretches, "I'll make breakfast. Don't fall asleep again."

"No promises."

He rolls his eyes, leaving the room.
