The gang arrived at a city called Neon Town

"People love to come here cause it's open 24 hours a day" Brock explained

Then a man accidentally bumped into Ash

"Hey, watch where you're walking, kid." The man scolded

"Sorry sir." Ash apologized

"You three seem new here, you passing by or something?" The man asked

"Yes sir." The man said

"Well, I suggest you find a hotel & get out of here. People can be very edgy in Neon Town, this city never sleeps." The man said

"What about you? Have you been getting any sleep recently?" Serena asked

"What do you think!?" The man exclaimed as he pointed at his eyes "Do you see these dark circles under my eyes!?"

"Ok, I think we get the point." Ash said nervously as he & the others sweatdropped

"Just be more careful next time, alright?" The man scolded as he walked away in a huff.

"Geez, what was that bozo's problem?" Meowth said

"Let's just get to a hotel, so we can get out of this place." Brock suggested.

"Yeah, this place is making me quite nervous." Serena agreed

The next morning, the gang had left Neon Town & were walking through the woods.

"It's much quieter here than Neon Town." Serena said

"I barely got any sleep in that joint." Meowth said

"Eevee." Eevee said pointing at a pink, round, plush-like Pokémon with short, pointed ears, big blue eyes, & a curled tuft on its head.

"Who's that Pokémon." Ash said as he pulled out his Rotom Phone

Jigglypuff, the Balloon Pokémon, A Normal & Fairy Type. Because it can inflate its body like a balloon, Jigglypuff has incredible lung capacity. This allows it to sustain its mysterious song until everyone listening falls asleep

"Aww, it's so cute." Serena said as she knelt down to Jigglypuff. "Can you sing for us?"

"Jigglypuff." Jigglypuff said as it shook its head

"Why not?" Serena asked

"Jiggly Jigglypuff." Jigglypuff explained

"It said it can't sing." Meowth translated

"That's strange, I never heard of a Jigglypuff that can't sing." Brock said

"Hm, how about we have our Pokémon teach Jigglypuff to sing?" Ash said

"That's a great idea, Ash. Your Clefairy, my Chansey, & Brock's Chansey knows the move Sing." Serena said

"Sweet, Clefairy, I choose you!" Ash said as he sent out his Clefairy

"Clefairy." Clefairy said

"Go Chansey!" Serena & Brock said as they sent out their Chanseys

"Chansey." Both Chansey said

"Clefairy, Chanseys, we need you to help Jigglypuff learn how to sing. Think you can help us?" Ash asked

"Fairy/Chansey" Clefairy & Chanseys said as they went to Jigglypuff

"Clefairy Fairy." Clefairy greeted

"Chansey." Both Chansey greeted

"Jigglypuff." Jigglypuff smiled
