Part I: Newly Made Gensokyan

(Y/N) POV:

I wake up to an unknown ceiling with light hitting my face. I rub my eyes and realize that I'm not in my bed. Where am I? Last thing I remember was that I was at that bridge and... jumped.. Am I dead? I was a bit curious, but I didn't dare to get out of bed as I suddenly heard soft footsteps just outside the room.

The door slides open and I see a white haired girl carrying a tray enter.

(???): "I see that you are awake, I shall inform Yuyuko-sama at once."

The girl then proceeds to put the tray, that has food on it, down on a table near my bed. She then starts to make her way out of the room.

(Y/N): "Hey, wait! Before you go can you tell me where I am?"

The girl turns around to face me. Pale skin, green eyes, a black ribbon in her hair and a white blob floating around her?

(???): "You are in my mistress Yuyuko-sama's home, Hakugyokurou, in the netherworld. Please start eating before mistress arrives, otherwise she might... no, she will eat it up for you."

The girl then left. I took her advice and started eating the food, which was onigiri. I must admit, it tastes very well. Shortly after I got done the door opens yet again but this time the white haired girl wasn't alone. There was now another girl, she has pink hair, pink eyes and she also is "bigger" than the white haired girl.

(???): "Ara~ Looks like our guest has finally woken up. Isn't that right Youmu?"

The white haired girl, now known as Youmu, started speaking.

Youmu: "Yes Yuyuko-sama."

This Yuyuko girl was now looking at me with a small smile.

Yuyuko: "You must be very confused, I'm Yuyuko Saigyouji, mistress of Hakugyokurou. This is Youmu Konpaku, my beloved little gardener.

Youmu gives me a little bow.

Yuyuko: "Welcome to our home, Y/N) Yakumo~"

(Y/N): "Thank yo-.. Wait! My last name isn't Yakumo! It's (L/N)."

Yuyuko: "Nope."

(Y/N): "Nope?"

Yuyuko: "Correcto~"

Uh... what..

Yuyuko: "(giggles) Silly~! Your name is Yakumo now!"

(Y/N): "Who decided that!?"

Yuyuko: "Your savior of course!"

My savior? What... I'm even more confused now thanks to Yuyuko. She was supposed to make me less confused..

Yuyuko: "(Sigh) I guess you might need an explaination."

(Timeskip)

This is a lot to take in. Yuyuko's been telling me about my situation. My 'savior', whose name is Yukari Yakumo. She saved me from my death, then took me to the world known as Gensokyo were we are right now, or atleast a part of it. Yukari is apparently one of the rulers here. Yuyuko is also one of Yukari's closest friends so she dropped me off here in the netherworld for now.

While thinking about the situation Yuyuko all of a sudden handed me a handheld mirror.

Yuyuko: "You might wanna look yourself in the mirror~"

I took the mirror from her and started inspecting myself... what the hell!? My usual (H/C) hair has turned bright blonde and my (E/C) eyes has turned purple! I do look pretty good though.. I just sit there mouth open. I hear giggling coming from Yuyuko.

Yuyuko: "(giggles) You're so funny! Your reaction is priceless!"

(Y/N): "What happened to me?"

Yuyuko: "You became a Yakumo that's what happened~"

I take a deep breath so I don't get more overwhelmed than I already am.

(Y/N): "Okay, what happens now?"

Yuyuko then claps her hands and smiles at me yet again.

Yuyuko: "We are going to train you of course!"

(Y/N): "Train me?"

Yuyuko: "Yes train you, Gensokyo is very dangerous for those without power you see. We wouldn't want a Yakumo to be killed so easily now do we?"

(Y/N): "I guess your right.."

Yuyuko then leans towards me.

Yuyuko: "(whispers) If you train hard enough I might reward you~"

(Y/N): "W-what reward?"

Yuyuko: "Delicious food of course! What did you think huh~? Nothing dirty I hope?"

I sweatdrop a bit.

(Y/N): "You're such a tease Yuyuko-san.. No I wouldn't think of something like that."

*cough*

Yuyuko: "Mhmm... whatever you say~. Shall we get started?"
