The next morning, Yeonjun was feeling significantly better. He still had a little bit of fever and he didn't trust himself to eat actual food after what happened yesterday. However he truly felt like he could at least do some light work. Yeonjun had also given up on convincing Soobin that he was well enough to work. Besides, after today they had two days off, so it was basically a moot point. He knew that he'd probably be well enough to resume working after the weekend, so he just had to be a good patient for Nu'Est sunbaenim then just hang out with his members over the weekend.

When the group reached their sunbaenim's dorm, Soobin knocked on the door. Aron opened the door and the eldest Nu'est member conversed a little with the younger group before letting Yeonjun in and letting the others go to their schedule.

Yeonjun was promptly brought to the living room, where the other four Nu'Est members were sitting. The sick TXT member was greeted warmly by his seniors and he bowed politely in response before sat down on the couch.

"So, from what we've been told, you're sick and you need someone to watch you." Jonghyun said. "You don't look very sick to me, why do you need to be watched?" Dongho asked. Yeonjun blushed a little bit in embarrassment as he told the group about how he'd been going in for practice even though he had been actively puking not even an hour before. "However, right now I only have a fever and I haven't puked since yesterday afternoon. And that might have only been because I ate food that my stomach wasn't ready for yet. I do think I'm on the very tail end of it now."

"In that case, make yourself comfortable and let us know if you begin feeling sick." Yeonjun nodded and sat down. He was then handed a controller for one of the gaming consoles the group had. They booted up the game and got started.

Yeonjun had played this game several times before with his group mates, but this time he was struggling. With all the twists and turns, he found himself starting to get motion sick even though he was sitting still. He did his best to ignore the sensation, but seeing as his stomach has been fairly upset the past week, he only lasted about ten minutes.

Yeonjun had tried to ignore the heavy feeling that was slowly building in his stomach. As soon as the sensation reached the back of his throat, he placed his controller next to him and placed his other hand over his mouth. "I'm gonna hurl." He said, as he tried to hold back a gag. The game was immediately paused and Minki placed a small trash bin in the sickie's lap.

It was only a moment later before Yeonjun's stomach contracted painfully and he coughed up a mouthful of liquid. He sat there for a few moments to see if anything more was going to come up, then placed the can on the floor next to his feet. He leaned back against the couch and breathed out.

"I'm so sick of being sick." The members of the older group looked at him sympathetically.

"Would you like any tea, food, or medicine?" Minki asked. "I think I really just want a nap. I'm getting a headache." Yeonjun then found himself being escorted to one of the bedrooms and told to get under the covers of the bed. He did as told and found himself drifting off not long after his head hit the pillow.

When he awoke around an hour later, Yeonjun found that he was feeling a little bit hungry. He got out of the bed and went to look for the others and ask for some kind of food. He found them still in the living room, but watching tv instead of playing video games. Minhyun was the first one to notice the younger's presence in the room. "You feeling any better Yeonjun?" Yeonjun nodded his head in response. "I'm a little bit hungry now. Do you have anything light I can eat?" The older man nodded and gestured for them to go to the kitchen.

Yeonjun sat at the kitchen island while Minhyun quickly heated up some soup and rice in a pan. "Since we knew you were sick and coming over for the day, Dongho and Jonghyun went ahead and made soup and rice for you to eat." Yeonjun nodded and began eating the food Minhyun had placed in front of him.

As Yeonjun was finishing his food, Aaron walked in and placed a pill in front of him. "It's a fever reducer to help keep your fever down." Yeonjun nodded and took the pill. He then went back to the living room to watch whatever the group was watching. However, he was bored.

Yeonjun had spent the better part of the week sleeping and watching tv. He really wanted to do some kind of work, especially seeing how bad video games went. "Hyungs, do you guys have any notebook paper and a pen or pencil I could borrow?" Jonghyun nodded and got up, disappearing to one of the rooms before returning with an unused notebook and pencil.

Yeonjun opened the notebook and began writing. "What are you writing?" asked one of them, Yeonjun wasn't completely sure as he was looking at the notebook. "I'm writing song lyrics. I'm tired of sitting on the couch doing nothing, and I know there's no way I'm going to be able to convince you to let me dance, so I figure why not try writing? It's not like I'm going to be putting too much stress on my still recovering body." The five older men hummed in understanding then began offering advice to the younger.

The group had gotten rather involved in the process of writing the songs. So much so that they all jumped about half a foot in the air when there was a knock on the door. Jonghyun quickly got up and let Yeonjun's members in. "So, hyung, how was your day?" Kai asked.

"It was good. I did throw up a little bit. After, I took a nap, then I ate lunch, then we spent the rest of the afternoon writing." Yeonjun replied, the Nu'Est members confirming when Soobin was asking them. The ten men chatted for a couple minutes before the younger five left back for their own dorm.

Yeonjun's fever had fully broken sometime during the night, and he hadn't puked at all Saturday. On Sunday Soobin let him practice a little bit of their choreography in the living room, just to see if he was truly better. When the end of the day arrived, Yeonjun hadn't puked or felt the slightest bit nauseous at all, so Soobin said that he could go with them to their promotion schedule the following day.

Yeonjun went to his room and decided to do a quick vlive. Since he had been absent from all of the appearances during the week, the comments had been flooded with questions asking how he was. Management had only said that Yeonjun was sick and would be sitting out of all schedules until he was better. Yeonjun was quick to assure fans that he was doing much better and then began talking about how the other groups under the label took turns watching him to make sure his condition didn't worsen any. This, in turn, caused the comments of the other groups' lives to be flooded with questions on what Yeonjun is like when he's sick.
