For a bit of backstory
Every once in a while I'll have what I call a "depression spiral" where I'll be able to brake a lot easier. And I'm in a bad one right now. Here's the thing, these spirals can last from 1 hour to months on end, this one has been here for about 2 months. It's gotten to the point where I've done SH (self harm) a few times. And if you're reading this, thank you, I probably wouldn't have been here with out y'all <3
