The glass doors that lie in front of Jony are both cold and burning. Interrogating some random criminal under the cover of darkness was easy. Getting answers of a local celebrity was not. If one thing went wrong, Jony and Leo could go to jail. Lives thrown off course once again. This was serious. This was no game.

Jony steps forward and opens the doors, walking into the vibrant purple lights of "Paradise". 2 bars lined the east and west walls. The doors were to the north and the stage, as well as backstage, were towards the south. Near the entrance was tables, and in between those tables and the stage was a step down onto a floor. Sometimes for dancing, sometimes to grovel at the beautiful face of an up and coming star, be it some Elvis wannabe, or a real gem of a singer.

The two walk further into the club. Wickley was singing on stage, with his band behind him. Wickley was belting out "Around The Block", the same song that got him back in the spotlight. Considering it was made as a love letter to Violet, the club in Violet would hear it often. Leo walks up to a bouncer and asks "Is there anyway a couple of fans could meet Wickley backstage?" which got him the reply "You gotta pay for it. Twenty a pop." Leo nodded his head and further questioned "Where do I pay for that and when do we go backstage." The bouncer, continuing to not look at Leo "At the desk upfront. They'll call for you when Wickley's done singin." Leo grabbed Jony's arm and walked towards the front desk. "Thanks" He shouted back at the bouncer. The bouncer just stared on into the crowd.

About half an hour later, Wickley packed up his set and walked behind the stage curtains, leaving his band behind. "Backstagers, now's your time." shouted a bouncer. "Lets go, Jony." Leo says to his friend as the two of them make their way backstage.

About five minutes into the meeting, two things were clear. Jony and Leo were the only people who paid to be with Wickley backstage, and the security there to guard Wickley wasn't leaving anytime soon. "Is there any chance us diehard fans could be with Wickley alone?" Leo asked the guard. "You think im stupid or somethin? Last time we let that happen, Fats MacLeod got shot." The guard answered. A lanky, shriveled arm reached out from Leonard's shoulder and touched the guard. Soon, the rest of Tuesday's Gone climbed out of Leo. The guard began to pace at an accelerated rate. As the guard rapidly shimmies in place, Allister begins to grip the sides of his lounge chair and squirm, clearly alarmed. "What's wrong, Wickley?" Jony sinisterly asks, leaning forward. The guard then opened the door and left the room.

"You... You're a stand user?" Wickley asks, going pale in the face. "If that's what you call them, then yes. But that's not the point." Leo replies, turning around and approaching Wickley, who tries to get out of his chair. "Sit down, Wickley." Commands Jony. "What do you wanna know? That I stole "Around the Block"?" Wickley asks. "Wait, you stole "Around the Block"?" Jony questions, surprised. "Yes. I saw a young man on a street corner playing a song. I listened and knew this was the song that would get back into the spotlight. I got some criminal to steal it from him. Little did I know, the guy killed the song's author too." Wickley explains as he stands up and walks to the door. "Wickley, sit the fuck back down, I'll be the hell outta you. I swear to god." Jony says as he stands up and begins to approach Wickley. "Relax, I'm just..." He begins to explain before a large bubble slips through the door, and a HK P9 handgun slips into Wickley's right hand.

"Back off, now!" Wickley shouts, panicking while waving the gun in the direction of Jony and Leo. "Just calm down, man. Nothing is worth killing over. Okay?" Leo tries to reason while approaching Wickley. "You back up or I shoot!" Wickley shouts as one of the Monkees runs across the room and begins crawling up the wall behind Wickley. The standoff continues for a few more minutes before one of The Monkees drops from the ceiling, taking the gun out of Wickley's hand, running over to Jony, and handing the firearm to him.

"Sit down, Wick." Jony says, pointing the gun firmly at Wickley. Wickley gets back in his lounge chair, and takes a deep breath. "W-What do you wanna know? Do you wanna know about The Suits? Who The Ace is? What about the Club? Please just let me go." Wickley frantically bargains. Jony begins to sit down and puts on a curious look. "Yeah, let's get started with that. Who're The Suits?" He asks, leaning back, intrigued.

"Okay. So basically, all of Violet is run by a few people. There's five of us, and the others were considering adding a sixth. For some strange reason, we all use code names. I'm The Jack. There's the Joker, Club, Ace, and King. Now does that answer your question? Can I leave now?" "Sure. Just, let this stay between us. Or we'll come back, Wick." Jony says as he tosses the gun behind him and stands up. Wickley scrambles to the leave the club. Jony and Leo follow him soon after.

Hours later, in a dark room, a spot light is switched on. It's blinding. The light shines onto Wickley, as he's sitting in a folding chair, pleading to a group of people in the shadows. "You told some random kid that we exist. We're sposed to be the boogeyman that runs everything. While I doubt two stand using teens could get a force big enough to stop us, You certainly aren't doing us any favors. I think its time we shuffled the deck and took out the Jokers, y'know?" Says one of the men. "Please, please! Don't kill me! It was just once! They had a gun!" "That they stole from you, after you incompetently tried to use it yourself. You're the weakest link, and its time we move on from your foolishness, and your incompetence." "You can't do this! Do you know who I am?" Wickley tries to plead. "We know exactly who you are, Allister." "No, no, no. Please! Just let me-" He tries to plead.

The shot rings out. The Jack is dead. Wickley slumps over.

"We've got business to attend to. We need to send someone to take care of those kids. Jony Curtis, Leonard Banker. They'll likely be at Jony's business and residence. Regardless of who you send, tell them to make it quick." One of the men tells another.
