KVCR. The only real radio station anywhere close to Violet. It was the source of news, music, and good times for many across the town. And no better to be the voice of KVCR than the man, the myth, the legend, Donnie G. Donnie G had been running KVCR since 1950.
Jony, Leonard, Juno, and Max all stand to the doors of KVCR. Some news of recent events had been getting around, and Donnie G was about to tell all of Violet about the strange occurrences revolving around Jony and Leo. The plan was simple, they tell Donnie that its related to a current police investigation and cannot be publicly shared yet, and then leave. Problem solved.
Captain Horner sat in the corner, talking to a stand. With a wave of his hand, it does his command, and his victory is planned. "When I go to KVCR, I will win. I will kill everyone, and my arm will work." He says to the reddish creature on the wall. "Of course, of course!" The crab-like creature says as it scurries up the ceiling and over to the doorway. Captain Horner stands up, brandishing his left arm and loading shells into it.
Juno pushes the glass doors open, entering the main room of KVCR, a hall to the right led to the bathrooms and offices, a hall to the right showing archives, and in the middle, the glass recording booth where Donnie G does his magic. The DJ looked up from his work to see the four walk in. He's got his long curly hair put into a ponytail, wearing a brown vest over a white button up with Jeans. "Hey there. Whatcha need? Song request? Autograph?" Donnie G asks as he walks out of his booth and takes a drink out of a cola bottle. "You're about to discuss some 'strange events' regarding Curtis Auto Repair, and the disappearance of Allister Wickley. You cannot disclose that information as it is linked to a police investigation. I am deputy Gushiken, and this is my partner, Detective Reiner." Juno explains before the glass doors slam open.
Jony and Leonard are sent flying into the rack of records in front of the recording booth. "What the hell, man?" Donnie G asks, upset over the destruction of his records. "That's Elvis, little dude! ELVIS!" He shouts, putting his hands on the back of his head. "Stand user..." Jony sputters out before passing out. Donnie G stares in shock, before running off. A vastly tall figure walks into the room. His buckled shoes clack as his 7' 0" frame enters the building. A large coat manages to reach the knees. Last to enter is the eyepatched face and the blue, brimmed Captain Hat with a tri-arch on it. "Hello!" The rough mouth moves to sound out.
"What business do you have with us?" Max asks the man. "Oh, you know. Silly goober." Captain answers. And with that, the arms behind the Captain's back are brandished. On the right, a longsword with a golden hilt. On the left, what appears to be double shotgun barrels attached to a stub of an arm. "I'm gonna fire this arm, and you're gonna get hit." Captain says aloud to Max. As the shot rings out, and the pellets fly, Max brings the metallic frame of The Romantics out to block the pellets. "Clever, Clever!" Captain shouts before he takes another lumbering step, reaching back to swing his sword. "Imma hit ya!" He shouts before swinging, the blade connecting to the wall, cutting a massive chunk out of it. "Hmm. Shoulda specified a target." Captain says before taking more lumbering steps towards Max and Juno, who have now crossed over into the right hallway.
Donnie G rushes into the offices in the right hall. He's heard everything and he has a plan. "Hey dude, get outta here! I need ya in the ceiling! Need all of em to hear this." He says to some unknown entity before a small cube rises out of the floor and rises on up through the ceiling. "Thank you." Donnie says to the cube before rushing back out to the hall.
Swing after swing, shot after shot. Captain keeps creeping closer and closer to serious damage. Every attack has been repelled. All he's said "That won't hit me!". Captain readies another swing of his sword, and calls out "I will hit you, and I will not miss this time!" while pointing to Juno. He brings his sword down, and it connects. A gash is carved into Juno's shoulder, but the sword is stuck. A knuckled hand touches the wound. The blood goes solid. It's hard as concrete. The stand walks around Juno. It's metal frame rises up. It's made of pure Iron, wearing a black jacket with the sleeves ripped off, and black pants with boots to match. It's eyes shift to Captain and its face throws on a mean look as it steps towards Captain.
"Wow! That's a neat trick! Well too bad cause it didn't work!" Captain shouts as he fires his left arm, blowing Juno's stand back into the wall. Captain resumes drawing closer to Max and Juno before a blaring static rises from the ceiling. "Hey you, lame ass guy!" Donnie G shouts. "I'll tell you what's you're gonna do! You are gonna get the hell outta my station and die on the way out!" Donnie G shouts as Captain's eyes go wide. "OF COURSE! AS YOU WISH!" Freefall shouts back before it wraps its small red body around Captain's head and pulls him back. Captain flies out the window of KVCR, with his headless body falling down the hill once it gets outside.
Leo and Jony rise from the pile of Vinyl shards and regroup with Juno, Max, and Donnie G. "How did you do that?" Juno asks. "Well I heard everything he said was coming true, and I saw that little devil thing wander into my office, and pointed at me and asked if I had a deal to make. A command to call upon, before flying back out to that guy. I then sent my stand, Remo Driver, into the ceiling so it could transmit my voice and let me hear and see all that was goin on. I get why you guys don't want me talking about the crazy stuff goin on, cause it's stand user business. So you ain't gotta worry. I'll keep things under wraps, and if you ever need any favors, just know Donnie G is on your side!" Donnie explains. "Thanks, Donnie. We didn't mean for any of this to happen, and we kinda have to get back to our investigation of a few certain stand users." Max states before motioning for Juno, Jony, and Leo to leave.
The 4 left, having some peace of mind knowing that, even though there are many bad stand users, there's at least a few on their side.
