Chapter ⁀➷ 05

        It's been five days since you went to the library, everything has been calm, suspiciously calm. Lucius would spend time with you every time he had the chance to and Astro has been waiting for you every morning at the same spot near the dinning room door. In the past five days you have been trying to learn the way around the castle with Lidia's help, whenever she is free you would take long walks around the building, she would state smalls facts about the places so you could at least remember in an easier way. Now walking with her, today she was going to show you one of the three gardens.

❝This way, lady Y/N.❞ She said while leading the way through the corridor, her brown eyes signaling you to come closer, doing as she said you followed her lead with steady pace. Needlessly to say, your friendship with Lidia has been growing for the greater, she wasn't as shy as before and she would address you in different ways without feeling awkward.

        Lidia's steps came to halt once she was outside of the hall, now standing in front of the most beautiful garden that can be imagined, it was spacious with small trees here and there, they were also colorful, blue trees, purple, pink and some of them were even red. There was a small lake, over it could be seen a bridge made of stone, the borders of the lake were filled with flowers, white flowers to be specific. In the middle of the garden could be spotted a fountain, there was an statue standing in the middle of it as well, a statue of a woman.

❝Princess Y/N!❞ Lidia was now shaking your shoulders slightly. Oops, maybe you admired the scenario a little too much but you were not to be blamed, it was a breathtaking sight. 

❝Lidia, you can stop shaking me now, I was just mesmerized by the view.❞ You spoke calmly, once Lidia heard your voice she quickly removed her hands from your shoulders, with a shy smile she mouthed a little ❝apologies❞ before walking into the garden. Following suit your eyes scanned every corner of the new area, leaving a dreamy sigh "How could this palace hide such a beautiful place?" You wondered, there was apparently no one around to admire the area, truly a shame.

❝This is the statue of the Goddess Moka, the one that blessed our kingdom with the power of air.❞ Lidia explained shortly. There were apparently two gods whom people believed in this game or 'reality' one was named Moka it was said that she shared the power of air, water, earth and fire. There was also Siva, he was the one that shared powers such as healing, light, absorption and dark magic.

❝This place looks fascinating.❞ You exclaimed with no intention of being heard by Lidia, it was more like a confirmation to yourself.

❝Mhm, this is the main garden of the palace, the other two are not as nice as this one, I am not saying that the other ones are not nice but this one is much more nicer.❞ Lidia rambled while looking everywhere, but your eyes, it was a funny habit of hers. She soon calmed down and showed you the rest of the garden, just as she was about to explain the history of the bridge one her coworkers showed up saying that today was her turn to wash the laundry. Looking at you with apologizing eyes Lidia bided farewell before sprinting inside of the castle.
