        Today was it, starting today the villainess Alice was going to come to the palace more frequently, exactly 4 days after her first meeting with the Prince, even though she 'hated' him, she was forced by her father to visit the palace every now and then. You honestly couldn't wait to hear Astro's reaction after their weekly meetings, you admitted that you and Astro had grown close, at this point you are almost inseparable, he would spend his free time with you roaming in the principal garden and would chat with you at the dining room, of course you also included Lucius in the conversations.

            Suspiciously, Lucius and Astro didn't spend as much time together, maybe it was the fact that the two of them had no time in their schedule since they both were the heirs of their Kingdom, every time Astro had time free time Lucius would be with your father in a meeting and the other way around. Of course Lucius always spend his free time with you, you didn't mind since he was such a good brother to you, you only hoped that he wouldn't change as much as he did in the story, you see due to Moniq trying to be with Alice, he grew apart from her but this was not going to happen to you since you had no intention on seducing Alice, so you could still be the best siblings, right?

❝Y/N, guess what!❞ Lucius eager voice took you out of your cloud of thoughts, his gilded eyes were staring at you expectantly, he was sitting next to you at the dining table, it was quiet early. Your e/c eyes only looked at him before resting your hand under your chin in a thinking manner.

❝You finally got a girlfriend?❞ You blurted out jokingly, you knew that he didn't have much time for such thing but still your annoying sister behavior showed up! The question didn't amuse Lucius at the slightest thought, his eyes soon turned sharp and he was now looking at you with a frown, ❝I am just kidding! You know there are a lot of possibilities so I cannot really guess, why don't you tell me what is making you so excited today?❞ Your voice came out as a calming wave, his eyes soon softened as he held both your hands with his.

❝Nope, I got something better! You are allowed to accompany me and father to one our meetings today so we can spend more time together! Isn't that amazing, Y/N?❞ Lucius looked as happy as a kid whom just received his favorite toy, he squeezed your hand gently looking into your eyes with so much joy. Oh, you weren't as excited, sure you love the idea of spending time with your brother but not in a meeting full of grown ups talking about politics. Yet you only smiled at him nervously, you couldn't express your disappointment or else he will feel bad.

❝Oh really? That is... wonderful, truly!❞ You dragged your words trying so sound as happy as you could, your hands were now starting to sweat and you avoided making eye contact with him. Ah! The things you do to make him happy!

❝Yes, father will be waiting for us so we better hurry up.❞ He informed, agh!, you were going to miss the second meeting of the protagonists os the story, it was the funniest one since Astro realizes that the villainess was ignoring him all along, but oh well, you can ask him about it later. You finished your breakfast along with Lucius, he was smiling all the time, he looked like the sun himself, his bright grin and golden eyes didn't help either. Biding goodbye to your mother and the Royal family you made your way to your father with Lucius, you talked about simple things and joked a little too.
