          This situation is awkward, Alice is still still glaring at Astro and the other way around, it was like they were having a staring contest. Lucius and you looked at each other in confusion, should any of you speak up or let them be? The later option seemed to win considering that the both of you kept your mouth shut.

❝I greet his Royal Highness, the Crown Prince.❞ Alice announced with a firm tone and seemingly ignoring you and Lucius, she bowed her head and looked away from Astro as she did so. Her behavior made you laugh mentally, since you knew how the plot of the story will make her and Astro fall deeply in love and in a few years they will even have kids! Truly ironic considering their future mother behavior towards their father right now.

❝Yes, it's a pleasure to see that you are doing well, Lady Alice. Are you perhaps feeling better?❞ Astro guessed, her weak body was not a secret for the palace or other nobles, she might be acting cold but one could clearly see how her face was as pale as a white blanket.

❝Mhm, thank you for your concern.❞ And as expected she ended the conversation as fast as she could, she couldn't leave right away since it could be considered a rude attitude in front of the Royal members. She waited in her place to be dismissed by the Crown Prince but he didn't seem to notice at all. On the other hand Astro seemed to be deeply in thought, "maybe he is falling for her already?" You wondered, you were aware that he felt interested in her because of her cold act towards him but you didn't expect it to be so quickly.

❝ Lady Alice, would you like to join us in our picnic?❞ Astro questioned, Alice's face paled even more and a frown was visible on her face. You once again looked at Lucius, only to receive a shrug from him, at this you only decided to copy his action, you could tell that Lucius was as invested as you in the situation, it was like witnessing a romance movie happening in front of you.

❝No!❞ Alice voice came out as a desperate plead only for her to quickly realize her answer. ❝I mean, I wouldn't want to bother you and your friend, your highness.❞ She lied, she just didn't want to spend time with him and the likes of him.

❝Oh no! You would not bother us at all, right?❞ Astro's ruby eyes turned to you and Lucius expecting your answers, of course you had no problem with his idea so you only nodded at his words. Lucius though added a little ❝right❞ before ignoring the pair completely. As soon as Astro received your affirmations he turned his head to Alice with a smile.

❝Psst, Y/N.❞ Lucius whispered while poking you arm, his face morphed into one of confusion. You turned your head to your right side so you could face him, your e/c eyes expecting him to continue with his sentence ❝Don't you feel like we are third wheeling here?❞ You couldn't help but snicker at his remark, however, you nodded your head rapidly, maybe it was the fact that you knew that you shouldn't be here with the main couple but you didn't expect Lucius to feel the same way.
