The car zoomed to the drop-off zone with Shantel in her formal uniform and with her tall mother as well. "Well, I'm off I guess, I'll see you when I come home," said Shantel as she jumped out of the car with her backpack over her shoulder. "Good luck and try to make some good friends this time, remember what happened last time," said Shantel's mum looking out her limp foot. "I'll try my best this time don't worry, bye," said Shantel as she jogged off to her new form class.

"Just... in the......nick of....time," she huffed as she knocked on the silver metal door. A deep voice came from the other side. "Enter, please."

"Ah, the transfer student has arrived, please take a seat," said the male teacher. He had a cheerful smile on his face but his voice sounded angry so it was kind of funny to Shantel to see such a happy teacher. He wore a black formal suit with a red patterned tie, he was quite tall for an adult male almost twice the size as Shantel. "Man, is it me or is nearly everyone in this room are really tall," Shantel thought as she sat next to a tall girl, she looked like Shantel's age but looks more mature. She has long strawberry blond hair that came down nearly down to waist height. She smiled gracefully at Shantel showing light blue, shiny braces that shone in the light. Next to the strawberry hair girl was a tall guy even taller than her, his brunette hair was fairly combed, he had a sweet smile on his well crafted face. "He seems kind of cute, wait, what am I thinking, I'm not here to get a boyfriend, not yet anyway, argh stop it!" Shantel thought. "I feel left out."

"Hey, what's ya name?" questioned the strawberry hair girl.

"Shantel."

"The name's Danielle but you can call me Danny and this guy over here is Ronel but I call him Ronny," Danielle explained placing Ronel in an arm lock smiling like a little kid. "Really Danny, showing off to the new kid already, jeez, sometimes I wonder why I'm your friend," said Ronel in an annoyed tone. "So what do think of the school so far."

"It's ok, I guess," answered Shantel.

"Trust me, you're going to love it here, you can never get bored there's always something going on," replied Danielle with a little sarcasm in her voice.

"Something tells me that this school isn't what it seems, I wonder why?" Shantel thought as she continued to talk to her new friends.
