Act. 1: Basketball Skills!

─Hold on! before you start, there will be mostly curse words here, mostly from Aubrey and Kel. Most of the events in this story is abit inspired by the game itself, Mari is alive here too.
Kel has a crush on Sunny, and Sunny doesn't know what his feelings were to Kel at first.
Well, lets proceed!

Kel's POV;

─Well if it isn't another sunny day! Perfect day to hang out with Sunny. I laugh to myself after that pun i made up, a little earlier i told mom to drop me off Sunny's house so now im infront of Sunny's door, holding a basketball since i thought it would be fun if i spent the day playing with him!
i knock of Sunny's door and wait patiently for him to open the door. After a few minutes, i heard the door, opening, it was Sunny!

"Huh, Kel..?" He said in his usual monotone voice and his unreadable expression he has.
"Hey Sunny!!" I said in my cheerful expression, his house seems to be empty, is Ms. Suzuki not here? "Do you wanna go to the park today? Come on, lets play basketball!!"
Seeing his expression, which was still expressionless, i guess i can tell he's up for it,

"..Sure" Sunny quietly mutters out, but abit loud enough for me to hear it, he rarely speaks so it makes me happy to see that he tries to talk with me!
After he got ready putting on his shoes, i automatically held his hand as soon as he was done, we ran to the park, well mostly me since i had to drag Sunny there. When we were there i realized how i held Sunny's hand all the way to the park,
"Ah- Sorry Sunny!" i said as i immediately let go of his hand, i could feel my cheeks heating up abit..
"Its fine." Sunny replied back, i could see his face turning abit pink from that.. It was obvious because of his pale skin.

I shake my head off and continue to invite Sunny to play basketball with me, i somehow convinced him to play even though i know he has no experience in playing basketball, i teached him basic things about basketball and went easy on him of course, after i thought him some stuff, he shot his first goal in the hoop,
"Wow Sunny!! You did it!!" i enthusiastically said as i jump on him for a hug! by his expression i could tell that he was abit confused, but i didnt really care.

Nobody's POV (Third Person):

Aubrey and her girlfriend Kim walked in on the two (Sunny and Kel) while they were on a walk, they were hugging each other!
Aubrey had stopped walking and so did Kim, Aubrey chuckled and gave the two a smug look, Sunny and Kel didn't notice Aubrey and Kim since they were talking some things off as they parted from the hug.
"Hey Aubrey, who are those?"
Kim curiously asked,
"Some gay idiots."
Aubrey replied back with a laugh, She then yelled at the two "Get a room you two!!" with a teasing tone, she had another reason now what to tease Kel about when they were fighting over stupid things. After Aubrey yelled, the two finally took notice of Aubrey and Kim standing next to each other, Aubrey with a smug look and Kim just there silently laughing from her girlfriends tease.
"Whuh-! Aubrey what are you doing here?? And shut up! Go make out with your girlfriend or something! Leave us alone!" Kel said with abit of annoyance in his tone, poor Sunny was just standing there with no clue what was happening since apparently he zoned out while Kel was hugging him. "Oh shut up lovebirds!!" Aubrey yelled back, she continues to walk towards the two and Kim followed.
Kim sighs, "Geez you know these dorks Aubrey??"
"Hey we arent dorks!, you are!" Kel barks out with a pout on his face. Sunny found it quite funny since that comeback was abit stupid, he giggled softly under his breath.
"Wait- Sunny laughed!? ITS BEEN YEARS SINCE YOU SHOWED ANY EMOTION?!!" Kel barked out once again, he really was surprised since Sunny rarely talked, went outside, and especially laugh.
"Geez Kel, you always think that poor Sunny is always emotionless?? How heartless of you!" Aubrey said in yet again another teasing tone as she rolls her eyes jokingly, "Oh shut up Aubrey!! Seeing Sunny laugh is new dont you think??! its been years!" Kel replied with a proud expression on his face.
The two continued to argue about stupid things while poor Sunny and Kim didn't know what to do.

After the fight died down abit, they were all bored, sitting down on a bench nearby.
Kel stood up and decided to break up the silence and boredom.
"Hmph! Things are getting boring, we were supposed to hang out Sunny! Why did they have to joiinnn!!" Kel pouted and looked at Aubrey and Kim "Oh shut up gay bitch! We had nothing to do anyways and we walked up into your gay asses!!" Aubrey said back, Sunny and Kim were just quiet since they didnt know what to do over the bickering of Kel and Aubrey.
After a while Kel decided to play abit of basketball to try and flex off his skills to Sunny, Kel threw a basketball over the hoop and...

Missed.
the ball hit the ground and not going through the hoop, Kel looks down in despair like a sad dog, Aubrey laughed out loud while Kim was laughing with Aubrey and Sunny just giggling softly.

"Hmph, t-that was just a start! This next one is for you Sunny!!" Kel yelled abit as he tried to stop the laughing of the girls and Sunny. Sunny just looked at Kel with curiousity and was even wondering if Kel will even shoot the ball in the hoop.
Kel focused while he was positioning, he had to successfully shoot the ball into the hoop since it was for Sunny. He threw the ball, hoping for it to go through.

He..

..Missed once again and the ball hit the outside the of the hoop, hitting his face directly as the ball bounces back. Kel whines in pain as Aubrey laughs loud as ever, Kim laughed with Aubrey.
"LMAO SKILL ISSUE!!" Aubrey almost fell off the bench while laughing so hard. Kel just stood there holding his face, being hit by a basketball was painful, Sunny ran up to Kel to check if he was okay, he pretty much knew how painful it is when a basketball hits you, since when he was playing with Kel earlier, he accident hit his foot while he was trying to dribble the ball.
"Owwww.." Kel whined, but then a few minutes later he stands up again. "Hmph!! Im gonna shoot this one! I just know it!!" Kel enthusiastically said and stood up like he didnt hit his face with the ball.
"..I doubt it." Sunny said, leaving Kel in abit of shock.
"Heh, bet!!" Kel replied back, "If i get the next shot then.. hmm... t-then you have to treat me at Gino's!! You have to buy me Orange Joe!" Kel was thinking of Sunny kissing him on the cheek if he got the next shot.. but it was too early for that so he settled for Orange Joe.
"Bet." Sunny jokingly said, all of this was happening infront of the girlfriends, in which the pink haired girl, still trying to catch her breath from laughing that much earlier and the brown haired just watching silently.

Kel got ready with another shot and threw the ball.
Guess what?

He missed.
"Wha-!!? The world is against me today.." Kel said while looking down in despair, Sunny found it funny once again, The girlfriends seeing this, they started laughing again, one almost falling out of the bench and the other one just laughing with the other.
Sunny held his out for Kel to hold, "Huh?" Kel curiously said while making fake sniffles.
"Come on, ..Im buying you the Orange Joe, you wanted it didn't you?" Sunny said in his usual monotone voice, Kel then jumped up excitedly as Sunny held his hand while they leave the park and head to Gino's, Kel feels his face heat up since Sunny was holding his hand on their way, they left the two girlfriends still laughing at the bench.
