you were at sean's house just hanging out. it started to rain outside. the rain drops hitting the roof of his house were calming and relaxing. you got up from his bed and walked over to him at his desk. he was working on some stuff with the band but just being in each other's presence was enough for you guys. now him being 6'4 he was much taller than you.
"hows it coming?" i asked wrapping my arms around his shoulders
"good i'm almost done." he said not looking up at me
"ok, love you" i said walking back.
"hey come here" he said turning the chair around. i walked back over and he pulled me into his lap and then continued to work. after about 7 minutes he closed his laptop and said
"okay all done"
"finally" i smiled. he carried me to his bed and threw my on it cuddling into me. because of how tall he was it was like a cocoon around me. he kissed the back of my head and said
"i love you."
"i love you to" i said turning to face him. the rain began to fall harder on the roof and an idea popped in my head.
"sean?"
"yes?"
"can we go dance in the rain?" i asked
"why" he asked "don't you just want to lay here and be comfy?"
"but i wanna go dance in the rain and i'll go with or without you." i said sitting up.
"fine we can go dance in the rain." he said smiling. i grabbed my phone and ran downstairs with him to his backyard. on the way i pulled up our song. he played me this song on one of our first dates and form then on it was our song.
i started playing feels like by gracie abrams and he smiled. this was our love song.
"ready?" he asked holding out a hand. i took it and said
"always" we ran out in the pouring rain. i laughed because as soon as we hit the rain he was already soaked. he put his hands around my waist as mine wrapped around his neck. the look in his eyes was one i hadn't seen before. he started singing along with his angelic voice. i laid m head on his chest as we twirled around the back yard. at the end of the song he grabbed my hand and made me spin. after i was faced towards him again and the music faded he leaned towards me and kissed me. i kissed back and something i didn't expect was for him to dip me. the rain began to calm down into a drizzle. after we parted he leaned his forehead on mine.
"glad we came out now?" i asked
"yeah this was fun." he said.
"i'm a bit cold." i said starting to shiver a little bit. he picked me up bridal style grabbed my phone and ran back to his room. he set me on the bed and threw a towel at me. i dried off and then used his blow dryer to dry my hair. good thing i had a spare change of clothes at his house. after changing i walked back to his bed and waited for him to come back from where ever he was. after a few minutes he walked in and was dried off. he threw me a hoodie and i put it on. it was his and it smelt so good. we ended up cuddling the rest of the night and surprisingly we didn't get sick.
