Sister Claes - My Next Life as a Villainess

Magic Academy

As we say our goodbyes to our parents. We're off to the magic Academy. From what I've heard Katarina, Sophia,Mary, and I are sharing a room. I'm super excited. We go right to entrance ceremony, Serious Deek or Rachael Walt. I look at Katarina, in the journal I gave to her for her birthday in the front 10 pages I put information about every character. She sees the one with President on it. She nods and looks at me and smiles. What in the world could she possibly be thinking? As we exit we all walk over to get to our dorms. We pass by Master Nicol. 

"Hey Sophia, how was your first day?" Nicol asks and Sophia responds. "It was wonderful and I'm so happy I get to be with my friends for most of the day!" We talk for a little while longer until we get to our dorm. Katarina tells Sophia and Mary to go inside since she wanted to talk to me real quick. 

"Whats the plan with President? We know he has dark magic." Katarina asks me.

"I actually don't know perhaps we befriend him then all of us together talk to him?" I suggest and she nods.

"Alright! Also what about Maria Campbell?" Katarina asked. 

I thought for a long moment. "Just be nice to her. Be kind, and there's going to people that bully her. So, well have to defend her. Just be prepared. 

Katarina nodded, she gave me another hug and I heard her stu.ache grumble.  "Lets go get some dinner." I laugh as we had out.

---The next day----

It was very funny to watch the slowmo version of Katarina meeting Ms.Maria. You literally old see all the sparkles, I kid you not. You see Ms.Campbell is special as shes a commoner with ligh magic, light magic itself is very rare let alone a commoner possessing such. As soon as we finished and looked at the confusing exam chart. I was suprised...I got

54.Katarina Claes

What in the world I covered my hands. I studied hard but I didn't think I'd bet Geordo. Wait is this something to do with me being here? I looked over at Katarina and Alan. They both congradulated me. 

Alan, "Wow thats amazing someone was able to humble my brother." He started laughing.

Katarina gave me a hug, which I returned. Prince Geordo all of a sudden appeared behind me.

"Well you were able to top my score. Guess I'll have to work harder." He looked at both Katarina and I. 

"This better not have to do anything with my strong wind magic." I spoke thinking though.

"Nonsense, grades here are based off pure merit." Geordo spoke smiling putting a hand on my shoulder. Alan started messing with my hair.

"Guess you really did your studying."  Alan spoke as he finally let go of my head.

I guess I'm in the student counsel with my friends, that seem to be getting a bit more affectionate with Katarina and I, and that is scarring me.

---a few days later---

Katarina has recently been going to the student counseil to get help from us all. After Katarina and I went for long walk we both smelled something amazing. Katarina did recently ask for Ms.Campbells sweets, this is probably what I think this is. We walk toward the smell and we see Ms.Campbell being bullied. 

"What do you think your doing giving the student counsel your cheap commoner food. Prince Geordo already has to deal with an unclear choice of marriage and Lady Lily as well as Master Keith already has to deal with an embarrassment of an older sister." Lady Luan spoke, she even raised her hand and a sparkle started to glow almost waving the use of water magic. I stopped her with my wind magic, flying her away. As thst happened the other bullies ran away. Ms.Campbell looked around and Katarina and I showed up. Katarina waving and I curtsie.

I head over and take Ms.Campbell's hand. "Does this happen often?" Ms.Campbell nodded while handing Katarina the basket of muffins. I spoke clenching my fists. "Sister and I as well as other friend of ours should stay nearby you. They shouldn't be able to hurt you because of our class." I spoke although Lady Luan did mention shes willing to take down Katarina.

All of a sudden Prince Geordo comes out of nowhere. Seeing me wonder Ms.Campbells hand and Katarina happily eating a muffin. He looked really confused. "Uh, Katarina, Lily."

"Oh heyyyyyyy." Katarina spoke, I laughed as well as Ms.Campbell.

---a day later---

Sadly the bullying happened again. Ms.Campbell was in the courtyard. Katarina and I were going to eat lunch with her until we saw the bullying again. Katarina used her "earth bump" and I used my wind magic to float Maria away as we run in. Lady Luan once again being the perpetrator. Katarina does her whole speech similar in the anime. I just listen and hug Maria. Now we call her Maria but after I speak up.

"If you ever touch Maria again, it will be your doom!" I spoke before Katarina coul steal that line.

After that incident we've been spending more time with her. We've baked brownies and cookies. Climbed a few trees. All quite fun.

At the end of the day Katarina, Maria, and I, Keith tagged along were all walking. When Prince Geordo ran into us.  He smiled and went next to Katarina. 

"Hello Katarina and friends." He spoke. I don't remember this interaction before, come to think of it Geordo was supposed to ask Katarina to go to his room for some unusual sweets while Keith made sure nothing happened. Prince Geordo asked if he could speak with Katarina privately. 

---with Katarina----

"Lady Luan told me that you have agreed to back out on our possible engagement. Is that true?" Prince Geordo asked, he knew many years ago but wanted to keep the hope the possibility of it happening.

Katarina got a little upset. "For our engagement if you find your love then go for it." Geordo whispered but I love you. Katarina didn't notice. "Lady Luan has been bullying Maria Campbell for the past few days as well. She has no right to talk." Then Katarina remembers how she said she'll make her life horrible and destroy her name. She decides to let that go for now, Maria is too important.

"Oh, do you want me to interven?" Geordo responded. Katarina looked down.

"I'm not sure right now, Lily's and mines plan is to just stick around her so its harder for the bullying to continue but her and I are on the same level of power." Katarina looked at Geordo.

"I'm not appropriate to be a prince's consort." Katarina spoke. "You're kind Prince Geordo but you will find someone better." Geordo shook his head. "I dont care I'll wait on this decision until you find someone you love. I will always accept your engagement if you just say the words." Katarina nodded. "Thank you."

----With Lily---

Maria, Keith, and I found a hiding place to listen. Maria looked a bit concerned and Keith looked pretty annoyed. Eventually I got us to all leave and we met up with Nicol,Alan,and Sophia to talk for a little while. After that we all went to our dorms for the night.
