Chapter 25

Kellin's POV

Waking up with Vic's arms around my little frame is definitely my favorite way to wake up to.

I missed this. When Vic was working with the guys he would leave at around 6 in the morning and come back home at midnight.

I didn't get the chance to have breakfast with him or cuddle a little in the morning after we both were awake.

I didn't told him anything of this though. I know he already feels bad as it is. He doesn't needs me to go on and on saying how much I really missed him being at home.

I did have my distractions though. I hung out with Alysha most of the time and I flew to Michigan for weeks due to band meetings and such, and also I went to visit my mom.

Vic and I didn't really had the time to be together for months. He was busy. I was busy and when he did had free time I was in Michigan.

It sucked ass. Being in a band and to also have your boyfriend in a band can be really frustrating.

We both had such complicated and crazy busy schedules leaving us with no time left.

But being in a relationship isn't just about being all lovey dovey all the time. Nor is just about sex and the physical stuff ya know?

Being in a relationship is a commitment of two people to be there for each other whether it is in good times or bad times.

Every relationship has its rough times though, and if you really love the person you're with, you're going to go through hell and back if it's what it takes to be together.

This year and a half Vic and I have been together has been amazing. We had our good and bad days of course.

Days where I would be mad at him or like that day when I thought he had cheated on me and other stuff.

But we got through all of that and look at us now. We're still together and most importantly, we're happy.

To be honest I never thought Vic and I would be this happy or still be together for that matter. There were really bad days when I thought we wouldn't last, I confess.

But like I said. Being in a relationship is a job for two, and I'm glad Vic and I always talk things out before act on it.

Everything is easier, and we both managed to get through all of that just fine to make our relationship stronger.

I sighed in content and snuggled closer to Vic. It was still early in the morning. I want to lay here with him for a little bit longer.

I started to get sleepy again. I felt Vic's grip tightened on me before my eyes closed and I fell back asleep.

I woke up again feeling sweet little kisses on my neck. My back was pressed to Vic's front and his strong arms were still around me holding me close.

I smiled to myself before letting him know I was awake.

This is what I love the most. Every morning we would wake up and stay in bed for a little longer just enjoying each other.

I shifted and turned around to face Vic.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you." He said. I smiled. "You didn't."

"Good morning sunshine." He caressed my cheek and smiled sweetly. "Good morning yourself." "How did you sleep?" He asked.

"Pretty good. How about you?" I asked. "Same. I love waking up with you in my arms."

I smiled widely and snuggled closer to him. I heard him chuckle softly while he hugged me tightly. Dear god, I love him so much.

I pulled away after some minutes and he was just staring at me. His stare was adoring yet it still managed to make me blush.

I don't understand how he can make me blush every time he as much as just looks at me for a couple of minutes or more.

"What?" I whined and tried to hide my face again but this time he stopped me. He made me look at him keeping my face in place so I wouldn't move.

"You're beautiful, so so beautiful." He whispered. I blushed harder. I'm pretty sure I look more like a tomato right now. He leaned in and pressed his lips against mine.

It was a gentle and loving kiss. Our lips always moving in perfect sync. It's like they were made for each other, and as cliché as it sounds, I know this is where they belong.

The kiss was perfect. It has the perfect pace, not just a hungry kiss leading to something else.

No, this was just a kiss letting us both express our love for each other.

Vic pulled away moments later but still stayed close to me. I smiled lovingly at him and pecked his lips one more time before snuggling closer again resting my head on the crock of his neck.

No words were needed. It was just a moment to enjoy.

Well damn I got it bad. One thing I know for sure is that I love him more than life itself.

I'm so happy to have him and you bet your ass I'm never letting him go. He's mine, all mine.

Later that day, Vic and I were doing well, basically nothing. We were in the house hanging in the living room when I got a phone call from Alysha. I took my phone from the coffee table and answered.

"Hello." I said. "Hey Kellin! How are you?" Alysha's happy voice said. "I'm good! Vic's home right now so everything's good. What about you though? How's London?"

Vic came back to the living room with a bowl full of popcorns, as we were watching a movie. I mouthed Alysha's name letting him know it was her on the phone.

"London was amazing! I have so much to tell you about it." She said. "Wait... was?" I was confused now. Last thing I knew Alysha would still be in London but with Mike.

"Surprise! Mike and I arrived here in San Diego last night." Now I get why she was overly excited. I smiled wide because she was finally here! I did miss her a lot.

"Oh my god Lysha!" I said enthusiastically. I turned to Vic who was looking at me weirdly. "We def need to hang out."

"That's exactly why I'm calling you! Let's go on a double date! Well, not a date date, but we should meet somewhere with Mike and Vic tagging along."

"That sounds great! We could go to the beach and have a picnic there. Today's beautiful outside." I said.

I love her idea to hang out with Mike and Vic coming with us, and going to the beach sounds pretty good too.

"Yes please! I need the beautiful sunny weather." I chuckled. She's always so energetic and happy. That's one of the reasons I love hanging out with her.

"It's settled then. We'll see you guys there. I'll ask Vic to make us something to eat."

"Great! I'll ask Mike to do the same. We'll see you guys at the beach in about an hour. Sounds good?" She asked.

"Yeah sounds perfect." "Okay Kell. See you in a bit, love you!" She said. "Love you too." I said before hanging up.

"Okay, where are we going and why do I need to make food?" Was the first thing Vic asked me when I turned to him.

"We're going to a double date!" I squealed. "Alysha and Mike got back last night and we're going out with them."

"Where we're going?" Vic asked. "We're going to have a picnic at the beach. They'll meet us over there in about an hour, so we better get ready to go." I said and stood up.

"Okay." Vic sighed. "You go ahead and get changed. I'll make something to eat." He smiled at me and motioned me to go upstairs. I walked closer to him to give him a kiss.

"I love you." I said. "I love you too. Now c'mon or we'll be late." He slapped my ass and pushed me playfully on my way to our room while he headed to the kitchen.

Today is going to be great.
