Kellin's POV

"Have you ever imagined your wedding day?" Alysha asked. We were both in my house sitting outside taking the sun by the pool.

Her question took me off guard a little. I mean, where did that came from?

"That was random." I chuckled. "But not really. Have you?"

"Yeah, sometimes I do. It's going to be the best day of my life." She sighed dreamily.

"Where did that came from?" I asked curiously.

"Huh? Oh it's nothing. I saw a movie last night and there was a wedding on it. I guess it just made me think." She shrugged. "Do you want to get married Kellin?"

"Well, I never really thought much about it." I said.

"Really? Why is that?"

"I guess I was just waiting to find the right guy and fall deeply in love with him."

"You've found him though." She said. "Have you ever thought getting married with Vic?"

Have I ever thought getting married with Vic? I guess it did crossed my mind a couple of times but I never really gave much though about it. I mean, I love Vic with all my heart and I'm one hundred percent sure he's the love of my life, but marriage?

"Earth to Kellin." Alysha waved her hand in front of my face. Oops. I guess I zoned out yet again. "Sorry. I was just thinking."

"Yeah? No shit Sherlock." She chuckled.

"Why are you asking me this Lysha?"

"Just because." She shrugged. "Every girl dreams about her wedding day. It's only natural."

"I'm not a girl though." I said. "Oh c'mon Kellin. Even if you're not a girl, you've dreamed about your wedding day at least once." She whined. Damn, girls can be whiny when they want to.

"Why are we talking about weddings?"

"Because I'm in the mood. Now c'mon Kellybear, tell me how you've dreamed your wedding to be one day."

I sighed in annoyance. Why does she wants to know about my dream wedding so bad? I have no idea but I certainly know that if I don't tell her she won't get off my back until I gave in and tell her.

"Okay, fine. I've thought about my wedding just once." I said. Alysha nodded motioning me to keep talking.

"I've always imagined it to be in the beach. I don't know why but I've always thought it's so romantic. Like, imagine getting married watching the sunset and hearing the sound of the waves. I just love that." I sighed.

"I don't like big exuberant weddings though. It'll be something more intimate. Just friends and family."

"Aw that's so cute Kellin." She said. I blushed slightly. I never talked to anyone about how I'd like my wedding to be. It's kind of weird but I trust Alysha.

"What about you though? Tell me, how's your dream wedding?" I said.

"Something close to yours. I love beach weddings! They're so cute and romantic. You being surrounded by people you love sharing the day you and the love of your life promise to each other forever. It's just something magical."

"Have you ever though getting married with Mike?" I asked. She would be a beautiful bride to be honest.

"Yes. I've thought about it once or twice." She chuckled blushing a little. I smiled. "But I don't think I'll get married anytime soon. Actually, me and Mike have talked about it and we both agreed we'll wait. When we're both ready, we'll do it."

"That's good Lysha. Don't rush things out."

"Exactly. Now, have you thought getting married with Vic?" She asked wiggling her eyebrows at me. I rolled my eyes. Dork.

"Okay... I might have thought about it once." I said making Alysha squeal. "I knew it! If you guys get married one day, it'll be the cutest thing ever!"

"Lysha your fangirl is showing." She rolled her eyes but laughed anyway.

"Oh c'mon Kellin, tell me you don't get all happy and shit just thinking you and Vic could get married one day."

"Honestly? Yes. It does makes me happy. I'd be the happiest man on earth if I was Vic's husband. I mean, it's Vic Fuentes we're talking about."

"So does this mean you're ready for marriage? Mike and I aren't, that's why we know we have to wait." She said.

Am I ready for marriage? That's totally different and it's a big step in every relationship. For Vic and I wouldn't be though, I don't think it'll be that different from what we already have. We've been living together for almost two years now and our relationship is everything I could've ever asked for. I love him and he loves me so, yeah. I'm ready for marriage.

"I think I am. I know marriage is a big deal and you need to be one hundred percent sure that's what you want, but in my case, I know it'll be okay. Vic and I love each other and I'm sure we'll be just fine if we do get married one day." I said truthfully. I know for a fact I'll be jumping up and down if I ever get married with Vic.

"Aw my baby boy is all grown up. I'm so proud of you." She said faking tears. Oh my god, she's so dramatic sometimes.

"You just sounded like my mom would do." I chuckled.

"Whatever Kellin. But just so you know, I approve and you have my permission to get married."

"I didn't knew I needed your permission."

"Of course you do! Remember your mom said I could always take the roll as your mother here? I'm allowed to make that kind of decisions sweetie."

I rolled my eyes. There was this one time my mom came to visit for a couple of days. She met Alysha and she loved her. She basically told her she'd be like my mother when she's not around and she's allowed to make decisions knowing what's best for me. I personally think that's too much, but I don't really get a say in here. They both would kill me if I do, so I just go with the flow.

"Yes mom." I said. "Now if you'd be so kind would you go and make me something to eat? I'm hungry."

"What? I'm not your personal chef Kellin. You can go and make yourself something." She said defensively.

"But you're my mom remember? So c'mon act like a mother and feed your child!" I whined.

"You're lucky I'm starving Kellin." She huffed and stood up heading inside the house to the kitchen. "Love you!" I sang smiling.

"Whatever." She said. I smiled cheekily. I can always use that mom permission thingy when I need to.
