"Whoa, that was some movie," Jungkook said after you had watched five movies from the series in a row.

"Still amazing, just like how I remember." Taehyung mused.

"And I still don't get what's all the fuzz about." You said looking at the boys who were reeling back in from the so-called cinematic experience.

"That's because you don't have the sense to enjoy good movies. It's okay. Not all of us are born with that kind of sense." Taehyung said chuckling.

"I wouldn't call it so great. It's okayish. I mean these are nothing compared to Avengers or Endgame." Jungkook stated.

"You better take that back, young man. I will not tolerate any disrespect towards Die-hard series in this household." Jungkook looked taken aback at how serious Taehyung looked. Jungkook's silence prompted another sigh from the man. "What have you done to my son, you tiny hands?" Taehyung accused now pointing fingers at you.

"I haven't done anything. There's nothing better than 'The great Gatsby', or 'Pride and Prejudice' or 'Serendipity'. I could go on and on. Your Avengers, Diehard, and all dust compared to that." You said as though you had pulled that right out of a statistics sheet.

"You take that back, now" Two voices thundered. Whoa! The two of them were standing and ready to throw a punch for whatever you had said. They even had the same stance. Even a stupid man could say that they were cut from the same damn cloth. You smiled looking at the duo only for them to frown and look at each other.

"You guys look so alike." You said with a big grin.

"Well probably because he is my son."

"And he is my Appa."

"Oh my god, you guys are so cute. I just can't" Saying that you rushed toward the two and smothered them with kisses and a tight hug.

"Stop, please stop." Taehyung tapped out followed by Jungkook who was squirming to get away from your torture.

It was past midnight yet laughter and giggles echoed in the house that had seen far too many tears for a long long time.

"God no, no, no. Why did this have to happen now?" You were setting things up for an official trial meeting with the other teachers from your school when you found out that for some odd reason your video and audio options toggles weren't visible. And in order to have the place to yourself and pin-drop silence, you had forcefully sent away the boys to get the grocery shopping done. You even went out of your way to offer them to play their favorite game when they returned if they would just go out and have some bonding time. And that had seemed to have bit you in the ass.

You were mentally going through a list of possible people you could call to help you out when you remembered the sweet voice of Hoseok, the customer service guy. You quickly took your phone and proceed to dial the number you had saved as Lifesaver.

"Hello, Peers Customer service, how can I help you?"

"Oh, you are not Hoseok." You said double checking the number you had dialed.

"Yeah, that's because I'm not him. What is it you want help with? If you have nothing to ask about the software please end the call. I would have ended the call if I could but the stupid company doesn't let us end a damn call. Stupid customer service!"

"Whoa, wait a minute. Why are you so rude customer service man? And get Hoseok on the line, please. I really need help with something" You couldn't believe how the man was outright rude and yet you tried to keep your calm.

"This is a customer service line and not some flirting call center. Get the number right. That sunshine of a man got promoted to another branch. Now lady, if you want to flirt with him, get his personal number or something"

All the calmness had been thrown out of the window the moment he said that. You were gonna give a piece of your mind to this man. He had no right to be this rude to you or anyone as a matter of fact.

"What are you even saying? Why would you assume that I have called to flirt with him? One word of advice, if you wanna continue working in customer service, maybe learn a thing or two from him. And aren't these calls recorded or something? Won't you get fired for being straight-up rude to a customer? Are you having a bad day?" The teacher in you wanted to know the reason behind why the man was behaving this way. Sort of like an occupational hazard that you had picked up to understand the kids who threw tantrums.

"Stop psychoanalyzing me. As if you have your life all figured out. Are you that desperate that you are calling the helplines now? And I would love to get fired so feel free to put a one-star rating and give an awful review. Now please end the call lady if you have nothing productive to ask."

You ended the call before the man could further ruin your day. All the luck in the world had turned its back on you. Now you had software that didn't work and a customer service guy who refused to help.  You had 15 minutes on the clock before the meeting is scheduled to begin. You decided to bite back your pride and call the helpline again. Maybe this time you would get connected to another executive. Yeah, that's possible.

"Hello, Peers Customer service, how can I help you?"

Well, what are the odds? You are really lucky. You took a big sigh before answering. You had one shot and you had to get help somehow.

"Hi, before you go on a rampage, I really need to get the software working. I can't find the video and audio toggles on this software and I have a meeting in 15 minutes. I'm really bad at software and technology. And you are quite the last hope I really have. So please help me out and I promise I will never ever call you again." You let out in a single breath but were met with silence.

"Hello?"

"Whoa, you could be a really good rapper."

"What? How is that going to help me?"

"Nevermind. So did you try reinstalling the software?"
