Sova:
I looked down at the lifeless body beside me, the light reflecting off of their S/C skin. Y/N.. I think it was. Strange, were they really on Legion? If they were then I would have known, there would be a clone already on our side showing this.
I felt guilt writhing inside of me while I gazed down at their corpse. They could be revived by Sage of course, but I would have to convince her somehow. The blood loss was too heavy and no one offered to help, I'm lucky they hadn't thrown them out the van while they had the chance. Confusion was still alive though, why didn't they kill me? Why did they supposedly feel bad? I have so many questions.. those will have to wait until they are revived.
I analyzed their face, staring deep into their eyes. They don't even seem as if they were in pain. A bullet through an organ would have to hurt, no doubt about it. This agent is different, I can feel it. My train of thought was interrupted though, as a stern voice started.
"Sova, why did you take them back with us?" Brimstone questioned, sighing soon after. "This will only cause more troubles with Legion in the future."
My eyes darted to the floor, I saved them because they saved me.. but will he believe this? I tried to speak but nothing came out. The van rocked as it sped over bumps in the road.
"I took them because they are different, they do not have a clone. Think about it, this could mean something." I finally managed to piece together a sentence. He looked at me unconvinced though, why would he ever believe me.
"Why weren't you with us during the defusal? Were they holding you up?" Asked Fade, the way she emphasised 'they' showed her hesitance towards Y/N.
I breathed slowly, thinking. "No they didn't hold me up, look let's just get back and Sage can revive them. After, you guys can interrogate them however much you like."
This sentence wasn't accepted kindly though. Arguments started ricocheting between others, saying whether they should be revived or not. Some agreed and some didn't, some just arguing for the sake of it. I groaned and placed my fingers on the bridge of my nose, leaning back. Maybe this was just a bad idea afterall, I should have never taken them with us. My heard turned towards their corpse and I stared at their face.
Still, something tells me this was the right decision.

Alpha Earth, Valorant Headquarters
Y/N
My eyes rolled around in my eyelids, consciousness entering my brain. All of a sudden a pain started at my side and I sat up instantly, clutching it with my hand. I looked down and saw bandages carefully wrapped around my rib-cage, stained by blood. What happened? Trying to remember anything, everything, I gingerly stood up and walked around the room. This is Legion's base.. yet I'm not in my room. Who's section is this?
Glancing around at various objects and decorations, familiarity singed at my brain. Immediately, I knew whose it was as I saw a certain bow and arrow resting on a desk. Why the hell was I in Sova's room? I mean out of all people, I could have been in Neon's or Raze's or-
Memories flooded in from yesterday, leaving me without action and still. This isn't Legion's base.. this is Valorant's.
I'm on an entirely different planet.
Panic filled my brain, drowning me. My original teammates were miles away, on a mere replica of this one. Now I'm with clones of them all that (to be honest) probably hate me. What the fuck am I supposed to do? Sitting back down on the bed, I wrapped a blanket around me and stared at my feet, considering my options. There is no way I could try to fight them, there's like.. what, eighteen of them? One of me. Anxiety was overcoming me and I didn't have any idea on what action to take. Shit, shit, shit, shi-
My breath hitched as I heard the door open, my hand flew to my pocket for a knife- but there was none there. Of course they had to strip me of my weapons. Staring at the door, I stood up and reached for the bow and arrow. It was heavy, but I drew the string and aimed at the opening, creaking woodwork.
The person standing at the door didn't react to this though, they only laughed slightly. "You aren't even holding it right." He smiled and walked towards me, this Sova didn't seem scared at all. Almost as if he was reading my mind, he spoke.
"The others seem hesitant of you, but then again, they weren't with you that day." He continued making his way to me. This version gave off a different energy than the other Sova. His hand trailed along the wall until he reached me, his hand grabbed the bow and arrow I held. His bow and arrow.
I looked at him, unsure of how to react. He didn't seem threatening.. it seemed as if he wanted me to trust him. "What do you want from me?" I scoffed, but still genuinely curious.
He pulled his attention away from his bow and settled on my face, placing the weapon on the desk beside us. "I want to provide an offer."
"Why on Earth would I accept an offer from you? Saying as you are holding me hostage." He seemed disappointed by this reaction and sighed.
"I still don't see why you view me as untrustworthy." He paused and wondered if he should bother continuing, I urged him by nodding my head, showing I was listening.
"Do you not remember me carrying you back? Despite every single one of my teammates saying otherwise?" He asked, genuinely. I broke eye contact and stared down at my feet. Now that he says that, I see where he's coming from..
"Okay, fine. What is your.. offer?" I gave in. Besides, an offer is way better than a fight right now.
He grinned and sat down on the bed, looking up at me. "When we arrived back at base, Brimstone said you could stay as long as you issued no harm or trouble. After a few months of this, he even said he would consider letting you on our team."
This sounded like a good deal, almost too good.. "What exactly do I have to do, for this.. hospitality?"
"Just behave, really. He is quite strict so if you do one thing wrong the deal will be off. It took a while to convince him for something like this." He stated, the sentence hanging a bit. "Oh also you will be my responsibility so anytime you are outside of your cell, you will have to be with me."
That last sentence was a certain deal breaker. First of all: this is Sova's clone we are talking about, sure it isn't the same person but they would have to be extremely similar. Second of all: CELL? What is this, prison?
"Yeah, no." I said laughing a bit, "I'm not going to be babysit every single time I leave my 'cell'."
"It's either that or we execute you. I'd say within the next few minutes." He dropped his friendly smile and looked at the wall ahead of us. A fight against Valorant, with just me. 1v18. That whole babysitting situation was starting to look quite nice.
"Okay, okay.. fine. I guess." I said hesitantly.
Out of no where, his smile reappeared and he brought his attention back to me. "Great! I will inform Brimstone and the others, don't even think about escaping." He left the room and I could hear the door shut behind him, locking. The truth is, I wasn't thinking about escaping. I wasn't thinking about any of that. I was thinking about the fact that I'm on a whole other planet, being held hostage by exact clones of the people I once knew and I'm about to be babysit by the clone of the person I hate most.
I mean, I always thought that stealing from Alpha Earth was bad.. but I never thought I'd be protecting it? Deep down, I have to admit that this could be somewhat good. Legion wasn't exactly all sunshine and rainbows and living on an Earth that wasn't constantly falling apart fundamentally would be a nice change too..
I could be okay with this.
