chapter three
a friend's advice

The musician had almost jumped from joy the minute his hand finally found his glasses' case before he remembered that he was in a public place. And to be honest, he'd rather not be caught doing something embarrassing and having the media on his ass again for something else. Their invasion with his love life was good enough.

Taking out his glasses from the case, he took the cloth that came with it to rub off any dust that was collected before putting it on. Great! Now he finally could look for his friends who were apparently waiting for him amongst the crowd of people who were also waiting for their loved ones.

He hummed a tune as he scanned the area. Oh, where could they be? With how ‘unique’ his friends' hair colours were, how could you possibly miss them? After walking for a bit to find both the redhead and the blunette, he finally spotted them in front of the crowd.

Oh god, this was so embarrassing.

Were they carrying a wanted poster of him as an airport sign?? They were doing it so proudly too. God, Evan wanted to wipe off that smug grin on Alec's face as he recorded the man's reaction. Funneh found the situation too amusing, holding her laughter in.

Eventually, she gave up with that and burst into laughter.

“What the hell is wrong with you two??” The keyboardist said from behind the car as soon as they left the airport. The blueberry was driving with the hooded boy by her side in the front. A grin could be seen on Alec's face on the rear view mirror. “Come on, Ev. You have to say, it was funny.” Rolling his emerald eyes, Evan scoffs at the other. “When and how did you two even come up with that? Have you been planning this for a while now?”

“Nope.” Alec says, popping the ‘p’ as he tried to lift his leg up. Funneh swats the redhead's leg, an “ouch” being heard from him. “First of all, don't you dare put your dirty shoes on my dashboard. I just got my car washed the other day.” Alec immediately nods at the other's scolding. “Second, we only came up with this yesterday actually. And thanks to Kyran and Gold who helped us make the sign, it didn't take long.”
