Tyler's POV:
It's been 2 weeks since I asked Wednesday to be my girlfriend. The whole school knows already. Enid of course, was the first to know. Wednesday told me she was squealing and she became so excited. She told Ajax, and the news basically spread like wildfire after that since Ajax is part of the Nightshades, the most popular social group in Nevermore Academy. Oh, speaking of the Nightshades, they invited me to join. I accepted their offer and now I'm one of them.
Since I am super popular (just found that out), every girl that ever liked me looks at me in a judgy way. But I don't care. I'm 100% positive I found the right girl. Wednesday has been telling me that girls have been looking at her in jealousy & disgust. But of course, she is always the only person that never cares about what people think about her.

Later that evening, me and Wednesday decided to go on a dinner date. We went to a fancy restaurant that was dimly lit by illuminated string lights. (sound familiar anyone??😏)
"Could I get the.. Lo Mein Soup?" Wednesday said to the waiter, flipping through the menu.
"And you?"
"Uh, can I get the steak medium rare?" I replied to the waiter.
The waiter wrote our orders down on a notepad and left. The waiter came back 15 minutes later with our orders.
"Hm, they forgot the soup in my noodles." Wednesday muttered, picking up a fork.
"Oh do you want me to call them out and tell them?" I suggested.
I started to call the waiter but I felt Wednesday's hand pushing my arm down.
"It's Fine Tyler. At least they gave me my noodles." she said.

"Night." I waved as I dropped off Wednesday at her dorm room.
"Um, are you sure you don't wanna come in? Enid is staying at Ajax's for the night." she begged, opening the door.
I insisted on not coming in, but she dragged me anyway. She took off her shoes and laid on her bed, expecting me to join her. I took off my shoes, and got in bed with her. I cuddled her to sleep and quietly left.
