Chapter 27

Josh's pov -

I could literally kill Paige after she interrupted me and Chloe.

I was woken up in the middle of the night by the girls watching TV, so I got up and sat down next to Chloe.

Everyone was focusing on the TV except me, I was focusing on how beautiful Chloe looked.

Once everyone went home, I sat in my bed, watched TV and play on my laptop.

I decided to get started on some English homework that was due tomorrow and I hadn't started on.

When I had finished one whole sentence, I went down and got some poptarts for dinner.

Once I finished dinner, I went and wrote another whole sentence before watching TV.

My phone buzzed next to me once and then another time before I decided to get it.

It was both Maddie and Chloe saying hi.

Of course I replied to Chloe's first and again of course I pretended that I hadn't read maddies.

Except then because of stupid messages, Maddie messaged back and said 'I know you read this because it says read duh'.

Gosh I hate her so much.

Me and Chloe started texting before Maddie texted me again. She said 'hey will you go to prom with me?'

Crap I completely forgot about prom.

I quickly texted Chloe saying 'hey are you going to prom?'

I was actually surprised about how fast I could type.

She texted back in less than a minute saying 'yeah I'm going with Landon'

I felt my heart shatter into tiny little pieces.

Landon was a tall, blonde haired, captain of the football team, senior who had all of the girls running after him.

'Oh ok cool' I quickly texted back.

I agreed to go with Maddie but made it extremely clear that we were going as friends.

Then she started talking about her dress and colour codes when I fell asleep because she bored me so much.

So sorry for the short chapter and sorry for not updating in like forever. So this is kind of a filler chapter and next chapter will be prom I'm literally so excited to write it!!
