"They're the militant corps at the Beach," Kuina explains, "If you want to live in peace here, then do not mess with them. General Aguni is an ex-Special Forces officer. He controls all of the weapons at the beach. The person who commands the beach right now is the number one Hatter and his lackeys, as well as the militants led by Aguni.
"Right now, law and order at the Beach is very fragile. Both of these groups could clash at any time."
When you made eye contact with your little brother, you start to tear up. He seemed surprised as well, but he looks away in fear of embarrassment.
Aguni steps up and stares at death with Arisu. Arisu seemed terrified of Aguni.
"Where's your friend?" he asks.
Arisu quickly looks up with silence, not being about to confess about his friend.
"Oh, yeah? He's dead? Too bad. Yet someone like you still lives."
"You know each other?" Kuina asks.
It was still silent until Aguni spoke up.
"Hey," Aguni shifts his head to your brother, "Bring that woman."
He suggested Usagi. Your brother glances at you before continuing to walk up to Usagi.
"You got it," he says.
Arisu watches your brother carefully as you glared at him not to. He seemed shaken by your glare but doesn't seem to faze him at the moment. Once your brother touched Usagi just by the wrist, you and Arisu stand up.
"Hey!" Arisu begins.
"Get off of her," you demand the boy.
"You both crazy? Don't get involved," Kuina hits Arisu's arm.
"My boss says to bring you to him," he looks at Usagi, ignoring you, "Get up."
He forced Usagi to stand up as Arisu takes Usagi's wrist while you push your brother's arm away.
"Leave her," Arisu says.
"Are you a tough guy?" he spat. Then he turns to you, "And you should learn how to stay the fuck away."
"You stay the fuck away from her," you step forward for your friend.
"You should watch your what you're saying right now. My boss here can take you up instead," Niragi puts the shotgun at your chest.
"I thought you were done with people bossing you around," you scold as you push the gun further against your chest, "Or are you still the same kid from high school? You know better, Niragi."
People started to murmur around, hearing that you and Niragi somehow knew each other. Niragi started to get furious at you as you knew that was a sensitive topic to talk about.
