It's been maybe about a month? Two months? Well, whatever how long it was, Chishiya still couldn't find you. After he was separated from Kuina, Arisu, and Usagi, he was searching for your body. Your body wasn't in the ruined building, so he was sure you were alive. He just wasn't sure where you were. He's checked at the hospital, and he could tell you went there since he saw a few open chip bags and drinks open. There were also cut open bandages, so he could tell that it was either you or someone who patched you up.
But he was running out of days, and he needed to play a game quickly, so now, he was in a psycho building with a band of many people. There were so many who survived that even he was quite surprised by it.
Sighing, he observes the people in here. There were people, scared, defeated, and didn't care of what would happen next to them. After all, this is the game of life.
Standing by the wall, Chishiya had a collar around his neck, along with everyone. Nobody knew what the game was going to be, but they all hoped to live. Then, everyone heard footsteps. Chishiya had to look up who it was since it's been hours for the game to start. This game needed an amount of people in here.
He finds a young man in his 20s, wondering what could have been a dangerous one to play around. Though, the footsteps didn't stop when there was another companion behind the male. That's when Chishiya finally became in surprise, almost giving off an expression.
There you were, right beside the man, alive and still wounded. There were healing scars on your face and wrapped up bandages around your arms and legs, but you were moving well. He didn't even realize that he was looking at you for so long to the point you found him and gave eye contact.
You shivered and felt betrayal. It was as if you didn't want to see him ever again. A good friend who betrayed you. A long lost childhood friend online who you thought would never see came to destroy you. You felt pain and anger rush through your head, but that was forgotten when Banda nudged your elbow. You look up at him and he cocks his head to follow you.
But the bells in the speaker chimed in first.
"Difficulty level: Jack of Hearts," the announcer says. The big flat television screen turned on and everyone turned to it, "Game: Solitary Confinement. Rules: Guess the card suit that appears on the back of your collar. However, you may not look at the symbol yourself. The time limit is one hour per round. In the final five minutes, enter your cell and disclose your symbol."
All the lights finally flashed on and a row of jail rooms were shined upon. You shiver at the sight as you felt as if ghosts were haunting the building. The worst part is that the doors seemed more immaculate than the cracked walls.
"If you do not answer with the correct symbol, it is game over. The collar will explode, and you will die. Additionally, when the time limit reaches zero, the symbol on the collar will reset and change for each round," the announcer finishes explaining.
