Currently everyone watches as the plantations connect and Zorome questions what "kissing" was. Miku criticizes him for not knowing and he gets irritated, and asks if she knows. She nervously stuffers that it's when two plantations get stuck together, which makes Kokoro amused.
Ikuno explains that it is a transfer of magma fuel reserves from one plantation to another through a large pipe. Mitsuru explains that the fuel is essential for both the adults and them to live and Franxx cannot be operated without it. Goro says that, since it's a large-scale transfer of magma energy, it could attract a large number of klaxosaurs, much to Futoshi and Zorome's nervousness. Hiro reassures that they have Strelizia and Lupus so they will be fine, which Ichigo sadly agrees, wondering where Nhazul went.
Elsewhere, within the city, Nhazul was on top the same roof top from before, where he was lead to by the the mask figure he keeps seeing in his head. Once again, he looked at the slash marks.
Nhazul: What is this...? Why was someone killed here...? And by who and why...?
Holding his head in pain, Nhazul started to get another headache, as the same image started to play out in his head. The image of man being killed.

Nhazul's eyes widened, before he looked behind him, seeing no one was there.
Nhazul: What....?
Turning back around, Nhazul was met by the masked figure standing on the railing, surprising him.
Nhazul: What the hell?!

Nhazul kept holding his head, with the pain eventually fading. Looking back up, he saw the figure was now gone.
Nhazul's thoughts: What...? Who was that...And what was he talking about Papa...? A monster?

After returning from the city, Nhazul made his way to the boarding house inside of the Plantation, making his way upstairs. As he did, he heard everyone talking in the living room.
