Currently within the hospital of Plantation 13, Hiro soon started to wake up, looking around the room, noticing Hachi in the room with him.
Hachi: Are you awake now, Code 016?
Hiro: Hachi... What happened...?
Hachi: After the incident with Code 002, you were hospitalized.
Hiro: Wait, where is Zero Two?!
Hachi: She is currently at the boarding house along with the others, excluding Code 000.
Hiro looked at Hachi confused.
Hiro: Huh? Where is he?
Hachi: Code 000 has withdrawn from Squad 13 along with Lupus.
Hiro looked at Hachi completely shocked.
Hiro: What?!
Hachi: Upon rescuing Code 002 from the Klaxosaur Princess, he left for the frontlines 10 days ago.
Hiro: 10 days...?! Why would he-
Hachi: Currently, humanity has began the siege at the home of the Klaxosaurs, the Gran Crevasse. Many units are already engaging. Squad 13 will be deployed soon.
Hiro: Nhazul... Why would you-
Hiro's eyes widened, thinking back to his last conversation with him, understanding the reason.
Hiro: Damn it, Nhazul...!
Elsewhere, back at the boarding house, Nana had just informed everyone that Hiro had finally woken up.
Zero Two: Darling is awake?!
Nana: Yeah. His examination shows he's stable.
Zero Two: Let me see him! Let me see my Darling!
Nana: ...
Goro: Is there a problem?
Nana: No... Well... I think you all have a right to know.
After informing everyone Hiro was awake, they all went to see him, with Zero Two immediately hugging him.
Zero Two: Darling!
Hiro: Zero Two...?
As everyone walked in, they immediately noticed Hiro's blue horns, completely shocking them.
Goro: What the hell...?
Ichigo: Hiro...
Nana: The Saurification proceeded. The connection from when he stopped Zero Two's
rampage rapidly accelerated Hiro's condition.
Zero Two: So Darling is like me now?
Hiro: I'm okay with with this. But in addition...
Hiro's expression then turned stern.
Hiro: I was also able to recover my memories.
Everyone looked at Hiro surprised, as he continued to speak, now thinking about Nhazul.
Hiro: In addition, I'm sure I know why Nhazul left on his own.
Zero Two just looked down saddened, as Ichigo looked shocked.
Ichigo: Huh...?
Hiro: Ichigo... This is something you need to hear. It's the reason why Nhazul had started becoming distant from you...
Hiro proceeded to tell everyone the reason why Nhazul was taken all those years ago and after he did, they all looked at Hiro completely shocked and horrified.
