You left him via note. Really? He didn't even have to read the rest of the letter you left for him on the counter, the first line said enough
I'm leaving-
And he was already angry. Angry at everything, really. You, him, everything. But if he would just read the rest of the note... But his anger didn't let him finish reading. He didn't care to. He had to find you.
Now.
~~
Loomis didn't seem surprised as you entered his office, sitting down and angrily crossing your arms, throwing the sharpest daggers at him with your eyes.
"I don't see how this is possibly going to help you..." you say gruffly at him.
But, he didn't respond, not quite concerned with your words. He knew full well you wouldn't go against him, especially if you didn't want your beloved discovering your 'little secret'.
You may have worked as an informant, hired to aid the police in catching Michael, but, you hadn't planned on falling in love with him...but look at where you stood now.
Loomis, with critical information in one hand, and your Michael in the other.
You weren't exactly keen on your beloved discovering your history.
Loomis knew this, and intended to take full advantage of the secret. He meant to do whatever it took to bring Michael in. And you had intended, with your letter, to let him know what was happening.
Loomis never told you what to write on the note, of even to leave a note. That was your doing.
Little did Loomis know, that you had told Michael what you're intentions were upon meeting him for the first time and as much as he distanced himself away from you for a long time, giving you the chance to tell Loomis that Michael fled from you, he easily warmed up to your loving nature.
Seeing as you really wouldn't turn him in. Michael could have snapped your neck in one quick jerk if he wanted to, but he hadn't.
Loomis, why, he should have done that a long time ago.
Again, Michael didn't need to read the whole letter to know that Loomis was behind it. He has suspected Loomis was behind it all when you first told him about the police and how dangerous they would become if they found out.
But you'd be wrong if you'd think Michael didn't already plan for this. Loomis would soon get impatient with you at his office and drag himself back down to the Myer's house in no time.
The only problem, he wasn't too sure if he would let you come along.
But Loomis, did, and he grew impatient with you just as Michael figured he would. For spending so many years around him, you'd think Loomis would know Michael like the back of his hand, but it was quite the opposite. Loomis was fairly easy to read, to Michael at least.
Loomis let out a sigh of annoyance when you refused to talk to him or answer any question. Just sat there, stiff and angry like the first time he met you, but now he figured you had all the right to be angry.
That still didn't matter to him. If you chose to be angry, so be it, but he was going to get Michael so God help him-
"I'll take you there, if you just let me go in first and promise to me that it will only be you there. No cops, no undercover policemen, no damn detectives. Just you, Samuel."
You held your hand out for a firm shake, but Loomis seriously thought about this deal. It was the closest he would get to Michael for the mean time, so he shook.
What you and Michael had also talked about, was how to handle something like this. You were a cop and knew it was bound to happen at some point, and Michael knew just how to hide in the shadows and be patient until the right moment.
His anger would have enough time to boil and bubble until you and Loomis rumbled up the driveway.
Not like he wasn't angry enough to snap his neck and whoever he may have brought with him on the side, knowing the sneaky bastard would have something up his sleeve.
Speaking of which, he heard your car roll right up the driveway and park, just on time...
