Chapter 35

All the teachers still have a meeting about what happened at the summer training camp. Only thing that's different in the introduction of the Demon Slayer Corps to the discussion. Some teachers propose and suspect that the demon slayers are a possible cause for the villain attack, but it was partially debunked, saying that the villains had no way of knowing whether the demon slayers would join the UA students to the training camp. After the Demon Slayer Corps has been mostly cleared of suspicion, they introduce the idea of there being a traitor. Outside the meeting, All Might still has his call with the police officer guy that they might have located the villain's hideout and are going to plan a rescue.

Just as the teachers are having their meeting, so are the demon slayers. They all inform the others that two other upper moons have been defeated. Muichirou and Genya add that the rankings of Gyokko and Hantengu went up. With this new information, Kanao and Shinobu have a pretty good idea of who's the new Upper One, which fills them with dread. Tanjirou relays information of Bakugous kidnapping. Ubuyashiki orders the Pillars to be on standby, as he has the feeling that they are going to be needed for assistance shortly, and just to be ready, as he believes that something big is going to happen. (OooOOooo the foreshadowing).

Elsewhere, Class 1A visits Izuku in the hospital (or at least those who are able to). They discuss Bakugou's kidnapping, what they're gonna do, etc. Yaoyorozu's bug is brought up as in canon, and Kirishima is still the one to suggest to go and save Bakugou themselves. Those who choose to leave it up to the Pro heroes and those who choose to save Bakugou themselves stay the same; Izuku, Kirishima, Iida, Yaoyorozu, and Todoroki.

Final shift to the villains side with Bakugou chained to a chair and the villains persuading Bakugou to join them. Bakugou says the same thing,

"You can shove your offer and go to hell."

Chapter ends with Muzan about to make his entrance.

Chapter 36

As in canon, the Bakugou Rescue squad still does their own thing. By this time, the Pillars and all the others have already been informed of the location and asked to assist in the rescue mission. Right now, all the demon slayers including Uzui's wives, Tamayo, and Yushiro are stationed nearby the designated location, waiting for a signal to move in.

At the same time, Tamayo and Shinobu have managed to recreate the antidote and have already given it to Nezuko. Nezuko is staying at the dorms with Genya, the rest of the butterfly girls, and the rest of the Ubuyashiki familly. Genya wanted to help with the rescue mission but Sanemi told him to stay behind, reasoning that since Nezuko is returning to human, there won't be enough time for Genya to find another demon to nom on to gain powers. Genya knows that this reason is too logical for it to come from Sanemi of all people, and Genya knows that the real reason is because Sanemi doesn't want Genya to be endangered and possibly die again since the possibility of them fighting Muzan at the same time is highly likely.

While the pro heroes, police, and the demon slayers are getting ready to invade, the Bakugou rescue squad is also nearing the location. Izuku and Kirishima use night vision goggles courtesy of Yaoyorozu to peek inside the hideout. There they find out that they actually went to where the Nomus are being created and not the villain's hideout. Other than the Nomus, they see cages with people inside, believing them to be the high schoolers and other people that have been abducted in the past few months.

At the actual villain hideout, the villains are still trying to coerce Bakugou into joining them but he is still aggressively refusing. Bakugou still blasts Shiguraki in the face, causing him to almost lose his cool. Muzan finally enters the room and mocks Shiguraki.
