Part : 1/2

After grieving for a month, Elora decided to finally move on by visiting another city. She exited her cottage to Windhill, visited Daphne's hut, and told her about exploring the kingdom of Solis.

Daphne hummed in response and said, "That.. sounds really amazing! I hope you enjoy your stay! And of course.. Stay safe." Elora nodded and smiled gently
She stood up and grabbed her bag. They bid their goodbyes as Elora trods out of the hut and goes to the Dragon Rides.

"Elora! Nice to see you again, Daphne told me everything. I'm really sorry for what happened to you." The owner spoke as he takes down his hat.

Elora responds with a kind smile as she said that she was going to visit Solis for a recover.

"Solis? I'm afraid it's not possible for my dragon to go that far. However, she can make it to Elirid! There is a harbor there after all. My sister named Mimi works there, she can take you there in just a few minutes!" The owner put back his hat on.

Elora nodded and paid him 200 pieces of gold and proceeded to climb onto the dragon. The dragon spreaded it's wings and jumped. In the middle of the sky, Elora closed her eyes as if she was relaxing. She could feel the breeze blow.

Half an hour passes and the dragon lands into the shoreline of Elirid. Elora was stunned to look at her surroundings, as the dragon behind her nods and flies off. Elora took out her enchanted map and followed the trail leading to the kingdom.

In the middle of the exploration, she hears a loud cry from afar she knew that it was the cries of fear. She followed the wailing and finds an ogre holding a little girl from the back.

The ogre was laughing loudly as the little girl kept crying. The child pleaded to the ogre not to eat her. Elora actioned quietly, she took out her sword and darted the ogre to the ground. After it hit the ground, it could only groan in pain as Elora presses the sword harder for the ogre to suffocate. She finally took the sword out of it's stomach and scared it away.

"Thank you! I would've been breakfast if you had never saved me." The little girl praised Elora's fighting style and thanked her. She then asked the little girl what she was doing in the forest, the little girl responded that she was collecting flowers for her older sister Astrid. The little girl then told Elora to follow her to her home.

When they reached their destination, Elora's eyes widened as see the kingdom gates. They followed the sidewalk and proceeded to the castle and in the throne room. Elora was surprised to find out that the little girl was actually a princess.

"Mom! Dad! I brought an outsider from Khovalon!" The little girl exclaimed as the queen and king stood up quickly from their throne.
The queen yelled for her guards, the queen mistook Elora for a sorceress. She panicked as the guards surround her, The little girl tried to reason with them and convince them that she was not a threat to the kingdom by telling them that Elora saved her from an ogre attack.

The queen and king looked down and thought about it, The queen called the guards off.

"We are terribly sorry for that, we normally don't get outsiders here. Most of the outsiders that come in here are usually just a bunch of thieves and evil sorcerers." The king spoke with an expression that was telling her he was disappointed in their actions.
Elora had forgiven them and introduced herself to the royals, the royals welcome her to their kingdom.

Elora asked the little girl's name and the little girl responded with the name Alice.

"Elora! Let's gift these flowers to my sister Astrid!" The princess took Elora's hand the two headed upstairs and entered Astrid's room. The young girl did not even bother knocking on the door and just barged in. Opening the door, they could see an older female with blonde hair. She was at the balcony facing the view of the kingdom. "Astrid! I brought you flowers! Freshly picked!" Alice exclaimed.
