Activate the contracts.

"Last but not least Y/n, you have to cooperate with your mates." Makima spoke laying ground for the two females.
Juni seemed cooperative enough and you seemed held back a bit.

"Your contracts are activated." Makima contuined with her speech as you snapped back to your senses.

"What happened? Where are we?
What year is it? Wait are we dead?"

"Y/n are you ok?" The angel spoke leaning near your face concern painted all over his face.

"Sorry, what were u saying?" You asked looking directly at him.

"Nothing! Mrs Makima just said that your contract is activated." He repeated Makima's words as he stepped away from you.

"Yeah sure, thanks." I answered without knowing what you were agreeing too.Makima smiled and she stood up to leave.

"I will see you then." She spoke as she entered the car and drove away.

"Y/n!" Juni called as she looked confused as you were.

"What?" You answered looking at her confused face the same with yours.

"You two need a rest, your devils have just joined you. Now that u are both full devil hunters, you should be able to cooperate with each at first fighting." Aki spoke making you jump in a scare.

"Did you say devil hunters?"

"Denji" Aki answered as he left and Denji walked to us.

"Hahaha you're both devil hunters. Little chicks." He seemed as excited about it and it was evident that You were almost peeing your pants at the sound of devil hunting. It was a fun thing to hang around Angel but you didn't want to end up like that.

"Dude! We aren't your chicks." Juni stood up to Denji."Do you even mind telling us what's going on?"

"You got into contracts with devils. Y/n their got eye of death with exchange with her eyes.... Man they look cute. I mean- You Juni got the number devil. And that's all is their to explain. Go home now." Denji spoke then walked away from them leaving your jaws dropped.

That explained your more clear vision and the way you could see across the dark alley like your vision just got leveled up. Your eyes darted to Juni who seemed as if she had strong makeup on and the way you could see her one small hair grow was terrifying.

"The numbers, they are hmmmmm...." Her mouth was covered. Then a certain voice came from her without her opening her mouth.

"Little Mrs. Didn't you listen to my rules. I didn't ask any exchange from you because there is nothing on you attractive enough for me." That voice spatted.

"What?" You wereclueless of what was happening.

"I don't want this contract with you. Just let me live my life." Juni cried as you looked at your friend ague with the devil within her.

"That was insulting." The Angel was still there staring at them.

"What is with you?" You snapped your attention to him.
You felt like the world was turning the other way round. What did Makima do to you guys. Even though you were at our lowest, you couldn't have agreed to devil contracts.
The terror that is happening in the world and its all caused by devils. Why in the world would you guys agree to such.

You stood up and grabbed Angel's collar.
"Are you gonna explain what's happening?" You glared deep in his soul.

"Whenever you touch me or i touch you, you lose a part of your life." He answered. "For now 2weeks are reduced to your life span."

"Was i even supposed to live that long?" You answered him with a question tightening your grip on his collar furiously.

He shoved your hands off him and looked humble enough with a soft gaze in his eyes.

"As i said. I don't want your life to end like this, for now stay away from me."he spoke and flew away.

"REALLY! IS THAT WHAT I GET FOR ASKING? IS THIS WORLD EVER EVEN GOING TO FIND PEACE." You yelled on top of your voice to the Angel flying away from you guys.

You sighed and turned your attention back at Juni still crying as she dropped on her knees.
"This-"

"Make this thing go away." She almost ragged as tears streamed down her cheeks.

"I dunno how?" You answered as you touched her shoulders with a soft gaze and a quiver on your lips as of you were about to cry.

"Find away and GET RID OF IT. Y/N this is just bullshit. This wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for-."

"Shut up! What was done is done. There is nothing we going to do to turn back time." Your voice was filled woth regret as you proceeded and hugged her soothing her.

"Oh, i wish i got that one, she seems more attractive than this one. I can't believe their is nothing on her i need." The voice spoke again inside Juni.

"Shut up you damn voice. How are you even speaking?" Juni snapped at the voice.

"Calm down Juni, lets first find away to get rid of these things. For now lets head home." You spoke and helped her up. You wiped the tears off her face with your thumbs as a small tug of smile crossed her face.
You smiled back as well and proceeded to walk back to your houses.

Meanwhile,

Angel was spacing out thinking whether he was supposed to intervine your businesses.
No one had called him to watch the contracts activate but he tagged along anyway to watch which devil you got.

The eye of death.

Angel contuined to space out as he walked slowly on the streets wondering why you even asked a question why you had thought you could live longer than two weeks.
Why was he even worried about you in the first place, however much he found you pretty, it didn't mean he would start crushing on you right there and then.
He passed an ice cream stall as he locked eyes with the different flavors before he decided to buy some and flew the direction of your house.

"The contracts i made for them were a success. Hmm! I know Juni has no attractive feature but the devil still accepted her. Funny isn't it?" Makima was speaking on the phone.
"I wonder if they will survive one year long.." She contuined speaking as she span around in her chair.

You were staring at the ceiling as you thought about what happened during the day.

"Am i a devil now?" You asked looking up your hands which seemed more clear as it was during the day.

"Your eyes are deadly now." A voice came across the room near the window.

"Huh?" You jumped out of bed being scared of the person sitting on the window with his hair being driven by the blows of the wind.
"What are you doing here?" You peeped through your sheets had fallen on the ground.

"I brought ice cream and to tell you the devil within you." He answered and entered the room. He switched on the lights and walked near you. "Get up." He commanded.
