The eye of death

After Juni had finally defeated the mango devil, she went a head and met you at the usual Ice cream point.
It was a silent afternoon and your mind kept running to the perivous night. Juni had less attention to it and ate her ice cream and continuously arguing with her devil.
You looked up at Juni and your eyes met.

"You remember what the sharp teeth dude said about Angel?" You asked as Juni licked her icecream then nodded.
She took a moment before she recalled.
"He said, the Angel takes life spans away." Juni spoke, shrugging and eating her ice cream.

"Don't get surprised or super mad because...i...well..." You rubbed the back of your neck as you explained.Juni tilted her head to the left, her face painted with curiosity.

"Well what?" She spoke as you sweat dropped.

You took a deep breath before rapping.

"Good boy Angel, but you didn't finish the job" Makima was at her apartment petting her dog as she smiled casually as usual. "I wonder what they are talking about hmm, hi my little Mice...tell me..can you tell me what the atomic and Eye of death are talking about?"

"What happened?" Angel asked Aki as he just stared at him.
Denji laughed.

"What do you mean what happened? You have been standing here for the last 5 minutes and you said nothing."

"Well, are you ok Angel?" Aki asked as Angel touched his head trying to think of something.

"Uh, i remember last night, i grabbed Ice cream and...well its morning and am here." Angel tried to recall the events of the previous night but nothing made sense.

"Its afternoon and we are waiting for Juni and Y/n to show up. They are on patrol after lunch." Aki spoke as he walked past Angel to Power who was attacking the mirror for making fun of her.

Angel stayed silent as he rolled his eyes and dropped on the bench near by.
"Not like i care or anything but that Y/n girl is-"

"A girl is a girl Angel if you like her tell her and who knows.." Denji spoke as he pocketed and looked at the sky.

Angel stayed silent as he looked at his hands and it reminded him of his own power. "Well, if you like someone and you aren't supposed to touch them, is that love? Too? Am i getting the wrong idea?"

"You are being weird, can't you control that power of yours? I mean it doesn't have any limits or something?" Denji spoke pointing at Angel's wings and halo.

Angel shoke his head as Denji shrugged. "Good luck touching boobs with your absorbing powers."

"So let me get this straight, you know the power of the eye of death and its implications right?"Juni gave you a closed eye recap.

"Yes"

"And you ate ice cream with Angel?"

"Yes"

"Then you ended up doing it?"

"Ye-"

"SHIT NUTSSSSS! YOU KNOW HE HAS THE POWER TO ABSORB YOUR LIFE SPAN RIGHT BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES AND YOU WENT AHEAD AND DO IT WITH A DEVIL, NOT EVEN HUMAN BUT D.E.V.I.L, Y/N I SWEAR ON THE ICE CREAM GOD THAT AM GOING TO KILL ANGEL" Juni yelled as she grabbed the last scop of ice cream as she made her way to the meeting point.

"Juni, wait.." You stood up and followed her to where the rest of hunters were sitting.

Aki, Denji, power and Angel where waiting patiently as Juni appeared with a dark Aura.

"YOU SON OF A BITCH SO CALLED ANGEL..AM GONNA MURDER YOU, ATOMIC DEVIL, LEND ME YOUR POWER." Juni chraged to Angel who had no idea what was going on.

"Oh hi- uh.." Angel was cut off by Denji who stood infront of him trying to stop her from attacking.

"Get out of my way shark teeth." Juni spoke as her eyes lited with anger.
Aki swapped in.
"Whats your problem Juni?"

"I got no problem with you buttom lickers...lets settle this Angel, one on one." Juni spoke cracking her knuckles.

You appeared right at the scene and ran to Juni grabbing her hand and pulling her down.

"Juni, snap out of it. It was fun after all." You shook her shoulders as she pushed you aside.

"I swore on the ice cream god. And am not taking it back." She took a deep breath. "Number 5. Angel devil, the target." Juni confirmed with her devil.

"I didn't sign up for this." The devil jabbed before a stamp appeared on Angel's forehead.

"Wow, its ticklish" Angel spoke rubbing his forehead and caressing the stamp.

"ANGEL WATCH OUT!" you rushed out to Angel as number counted down to 3, Aki's eyes widen as power grinned excited to see what would happen. Denji looked confused as he looked at you run towards Angel.

It counted to the last digit of 1.

"Enough" A female voice echoed through as the stamp disappeared on Angel's head and everything went silent as tapping of shoes moved forward to them.

"m-m-m- Makima?" The atomic devil shuttered as it stubbled backward.

"You have been naughty Atomic, would you like me to punish you?" Makima continued walking towards the devil as it stepped back and crying out for help.

"Ms Ma-"

"Sleep" she ordered as all the devil hunters went unconscious. The eye of death stared af Makima walk to the atomic devil as it spoke.

"Makima mmm? I swear i have heard of that name." The eye of death spoke as Makima stopped at her stracks.

"The eye of death? I have heard of you and i swear i had you-"

"Blink" the eye of death spoke as Makima shuttered in pieces but came back together.

"Good boy...now sleep peacefully"

The devil hunters woke up as each was laying in a customised bed.
Makima was standing outside with other men discussing as you woke up and looked around the rest who were also sitting on the bed.
Your vision was a bit blur as the eye of death appeared.
"Remake a contract with me Y/n" it was all bruised and filled with blood stains.
Everyone was surprised as they looked af you waiting to see your decision.

"Y/n, don't" Juni spoke as you looked back at Juni.

"Y/n listen, make a contract with me." The devil repeated as Juni stood desperately to stop you.

"What do you want in return?" You asked as Juni gritted her teeth.

"Don't do it Y/n" Angel finally spoke as you shifted your attention to Angel.

"How long do i have?" You asked Angel as he looked at you.

"Give me your eyes and i will lend you my power." The devil interrupted as you nodded immediately agreeing to the contract and your vision became super than the first attempt of the contract.

"You idiot" Juni sighed as Angel looked at Aki.
Aki looked away and power jumped out of bed.

"You humans are stupid. I was going to make a contract with you Y/n anyway." Power spoke pointing at her self clearly impressed by her own statement.

"So which side are you on?" Denji spoke as Power shrugged.
"The winning side."

Makima sat down on her chair as she looked at her hand that was generating slowly. She smiled and looked at the pictures of you and Juni. "You managed to hurt me hmm, Eye of death. You and the Atomic devil will get me the chainsaw heart." She sighed and her arm looked like it was almost done regenerating.
Her expression looked rather happy and contented of something.

*Eye of death, what are your true powers? You held back alot and yet you managed to hurt me. In no time, you will be a good boy.* She touched the window side as her thoughts.
