"Why are you on tinder again? I thought you didn't want any hookups" grace asks confused. "In order to get over leon I'm gonna have to get under someone else" I reply swiping away.

She shakes her head "you're ridiculous" she says. "No I'm not, he cut it off and my dad found out" I reply. "Why do you think he cut it off?" She asks. "No idea" I answer.

It's been about 2 weeks since leon cut the benifets from being friends with him and I've only seen him a couple times since they were on the road for a few days.

While I was swiping through Twitter yesterday I saw pics of leon leaving a bar with a blonde. It does hurt but we're friends, and only friends. "You okay?" She asks. "I haven't cried yet today" I answer. "I'm sorry" she frowns hugging me.

My phone starts ringing while I'm swiping on tinder. My dad. Great. "Hey dad" I answer. "You coming to the game tonight?" He asks. "I think so" I answer. "Oh good you can show Leon's new girlfriend around" he says. "Oh fun" I reply sarcastically. "Sadie are you okay?" He asks.

Oh. "Honestly dad I'm not" I answer. "What's goin on?" He asks. "I caught feelings for leon" I confess. He gasps "no that's not good" he says. I laugh and wipe my cheek "no it's not" I reply.

"Maybe don't show her around" he says. "Yeah lauren can I'll be in the stands, probably in the upper bowl tonight" I tell him. "Then I can't see you" he frowns. "But you'll know I'm there" I respond. "Sadie please sit in the lower bowl" he begs.

After some begging I give in and we decide to sit behind the oilers bench. "So we are going?" Grace asks. "Yeah" I answer slightly frowning. "Leon's got a girlfriend" I say staring at the tv.

She gasps "what? Seriously?" She asks. I nod "y-yeah my dad wanted me to show her around" I answer. "What the fuck" she says. "I need space or some shit" I say. "After tonight" she says. I nod "yeah we're going out after" I tell her.

McKenna meets us at the arena a few hours later and now we're sitting behind the bench. Neither of us wearing jerseys but I am wearing blue Jean's and an orange top with my black leather jacket.

The other two also wearing blue and orange. "Why are we behind the bench tonight?" McKenna asks. "My dad asked us to sit here" I answer. "Ah huh" she says. "And what's going on with leon?" She asks.

"He has a girlfriend now" I reply. "Fuck him" she says. "Already have" I joke. They shake their heads and a few minutes later the guys are out for warmups.

My dad stands in front of us and he turns and waves. "Hey girls!" I hear him yell. "Hey dad!" I reply waving. He turns back around and starts working on plays. We watch warmups and I watch leon throw a puck over the glass, the blonde he was seen with catches it.

Damn. "I need a drink" I say standing up. They follow me up to the concourse and we get our drinks then go back down and a few minutes later the anthems are sang and then the game starts.

During the game I try my best to ignore leon and focus on the game. Not once does he make eye contact or look our way. This sucks.

Third period comes up and they're winning 4-1. We're sat back for most of it and the fans cheer around the arena. It's sold out like always. The game comes to an end and after celebrating my dad turns to us.
