I sit quietly in the classroom marking the kids work while they're playing outside in the melted snow when theres a knock on the door. "Hey this was delivered to the office it's for you" grace says holding a thing of flowers.
Oh Damn. "Is there a note?" I ask. She nods "there is" she says. I find it and read it.

"Its from auston" I smile. "Cute" she gushes. "He's sweet" I say then smell the flowers. "Do you actually like auston?" She asks. "Yeah I think so" I answer. "You think so?" She asks. I nod and shrug "yeah he's cool and it's easy to talk to him" I answer.
The last week has been absolutely insane, I've got more and more homework to mark and I've started watching Austons games. Playoffs start in 6 weeks so I'll be supporting both teams if the leafs do make it.
My students come back from recess and grace goes back to her class while I continue teaching my students for the rest of the day. "Who brought you flowers?" Madeline asks. "Was it leon?" Thomas asks. "No it wasn't leon and I are friends" I tell them. "My older brother said you're dating a maple leafs player" Jackson says from the back.
Wow. Did not expect this. "Okay kids if you don't focus I'm giving you more homework" I tell them. They immediately start focusing on the class and then an hour later the final bell rings.
On the way home my phone starts ringing with a facetime call from auston. "Hey babe" he greets. "Hey how was practice?" I ask. "Good, how was work?" He asks. "Good" I answer smiling. "I miss you" he frowns.
"I miss you too, when will you be here again?" I ask. "Well if both teams make it to the Stanley cup final then I'll be here if not I'll be here before that" he answers. "Boooo" I reply.
He chuckles "it sucks I know but it'll be worth it" he says. "I know I know I just miss you" I tell him. "We can do this" he says. I nod in agreement and we talk until I get home. "You're cute together" she says. "I know" I smile looking at my phone.
I changed my lockscreen to the mirror selfie of us and I even posted it a couple days ago. Lots of people speculating who it is since his face is hardly in it. We agreed to post on our private stories when we want and keep it private to the public. My dad has gotten use to me being with auston and my friendship with leon is strong dispite what he said when I first started dating auston.
Since we're both in relationships it's not weird. He's still annoyed that I'm dating a maple leaf but has accepted that I'm happy and I've accepted that he's happy with tatum.
Grace and I order pizza then put the hockey highlights since the oilers game hasn't started yet. They're on the road tonight so we are watching from home like usual. "So who's better leon or auston?" She asks.
"What?" I question looking at her. "Who was better in bed?" She asks. I sigh "well they both made me cum like a lot" I start. "That doesn't matter who makes you feel better?" She asks. "Auston" I answer. "Surprising" she says.
We move onto something else and then start watching the game. I sit back and scroll on my phone not paying that much attention. "Leon scored" she says. "Nice" I reply scrolling on twitter.
The game goes by and they win yet again. They're on the road to playoffs. I go to my texts and form a text to leon.
To leon: good job tonight!
An hour later my phones ringing. Leon. That's kind of surprising. "Hey what's up?" I ask. "Thanks for the text" he replies. "Yeah of course, you know I'm watching I gotta support my boys" i tell him. "Thanks" he says. "Of course" I reply.
My phone call is interrupted by auston calling. "Oh austons calling, I'll see you when you get back" I say. "See you" he says before I hang up and answer austons facetime.
"Hey" I greet. "Hey beautiful" he smiles. "How was your nap?" I ask. "Good" he answers smiling. He's got a flight tonight so he wanted to nap before it. "Good, the Oilers won" I tell him. "Of course they did" he says. I laugh "hey you're doing good" I say.
He smiles "thank you" he replies. "You've made me a somewhat leafs fan" I confess. He gasps "whaaat" he says in shock. I giggle "i only watch for you babe" i tell him. "Well thank you i appreciate it" he smiles.
I move to my room and we continue talking until he has to catch the flight. Then I fall asleep a few minutes later.
