I found out Sharmaine is in a bad mood today, and I don't know the reason why, so I tried to ask her: "Sharmaine? What's going on?"
She replied: I want to kill myself...
"You what?" I said.
"My life is so miserable, I made my friend angry and she said it's my fault."
"You can't just say that you want to kill yourself, or harm your body... I told her.
"Did you take your medicine?" I asked.
"I did".
" Then tell me why you want to kill yourself."
Sharmaine was crying, and said : "Life is so hard Isabelle...
During lunch break, Sharmaine ran to the balcony and said: GOD, SAVE ME, PLEASE GIVE ME A REASON WHY I SHOULD LIVE!!! JESUS CHRIST I AM SORRY I HAVE THESE THOUGHTS AGAIN...
Everyone was looking at Sharmaine and all the teachers came and told her supervisor.
"YOU ARE BEING SELFISH!" I can hear that Sharmaine was scolded by here supervisor.
I know Sharmaine's personality, she is never like that before, but since after she got Depression, she changed a lot, and became more negative towards society.
So, she came back early from school due to her mental behaviors which are harmful to herself.
She told me: "Isabelle... what can I do if I became like this? I am so tired of taking medicine and bonding with society...Life is so hard, Isabelle."
"I know you are trying hard Sharmaine, but it isn't right to have thoughts like this, think about it, your family, your friends, everyone. How will they feel if something is missing? And what they are missing is you! You have to stay strong, I am here, your parents are here, your friends are here.. you aren't alone, remember that."
"Get some rest, and you will be stable again, ok?"
"Thanks for the advice Isabelle, I will try to find my way to recovery." Sharmaine said.
