Stay Sharmaine: Isabelle and I

Chapter two: Treated like never before

"It's 6:00 am" the alarm rang, it was playing an Animal Crossing tune, which made me relaxed...
Sharmaine got herself out of bed and greeted me: "Good morning Isabelle! Did you sleep well?" I replied: I slept great, the blanket was so comfortable to sleep on..."
"Do you want to go to school with me?" Sharmaine said.
"School? Ok!" I replied. I never seen a school in this world, I wonder how it looks like...
As Sharmaine went out of her room to get changed, I just noticed everything in her room are so BIG! The closet, the bed, the supplies...I was shocked to see daily necessities this big!
Sharmaine came out with a formal looking uniform, and held me carefully as she placed me in a bag. "This could be a school bag... I thought.
When Sharmaine was walking on her way to her next destination, I can already hear the bustling sound of cars, scooters, and bikes. It's really noisy here, I guess this is the city? I doubt.
Then I heard Sharmaine speaking a language which I don't even understand...so I don't know what she is talking about, instead, I went back to sleep in the pocket Sharmaine placed me in.
After a while, I can hear the sound of a bus. "This might be Sharmaine's school bus" I thought.
Because I can feel her footsteps walking again.
As the bus goes by I tried to take a little peek around the bus, Sharmaine was sleeping, some students were studying, some students are talking. But besides that, I am more curious about the view outside, but it is a shame that I couldn't reach.
Finally, we arrived at are destination, as all the students walked out of the bus, I was curious about what is happening now. As a puppy, I just want to jump out of Sharmaine's bag and see everything.
At first, I thought Sharmaine will enter the school, but she went to a store.
"I am so sleepy.. "I need to grab breakfast and my tea to wake my sluggish self up" she said.
As Sharmaine entered the store, I can hear the cashier and bustling sound of people, just like what I heard when I was in another store.
Finally, we arrived in her school. I tried to take a look and see the logo of her school, is so BIG! "Every single thing here is so big!" I said to myself.
As Sharmaine walked into a room, she took me out and said : "This is my classroom, where I take my classes everyday." She said, as she placed me under her desk.
Soon after, I heard a stern voice, "that voice sounds like a teacher" I thought.
After a while, the room suddenly became quiet, even Sharmaine is quiet too. I can also hear someone talking, the speaker must be a teacher, because I heard random gibberish I could barely understand.
Afterwards, I was hungry, and needed some food to eat, but there isn't anything I could scavenge on. Sharmaine took me out and went in the convenience store. "There is a store here in this school?" I asked her.
"Yes, I have a store in my school, normally it's for the students who take evening classes, but now, it's a place for grabbin' some delicious snacks." Sharmaine replied.
After we went back to the classroom, Sharmaine began munching on a rice ball. I was so hungry that I couldn't stop looking at it, so I used my cute puppy dog eyes to tell her I am hungry.
"Isabelle, you want some? Okay, you can have it." I never tried food in this world, I've only eaten fish, fruits and vegetables. No one eats meat except fish in the world in Animal Crossing...
Gladly, it's a tuna rice ball, so I tried to bite it, since I was so hungry, it tasted good!
"You like it?" Sharmaine asked.
"I do!" I replied happily as I kept nibbling on the rice ball.
Then Sharmaine wiped my face with a towel my size, and said: "I will love you and give you the best care possible." She told me. Then she petted me and went back to class.
