        He lost his home. He lost his friends. He lost his family.
        He lost his little brother.
        He ran away from the city he lived in as it was consumed in flames.
        He ran as his mother told him to with her last breaths as she was burned alive.
        He hated them.
        He hated the ones who did this to his city.
        He ran.
        He ran far. He made it to the edge of the city. He thought of his friends and family as he had done so many times. He never knew that the last game he played with his friends, firefighters as they called it, would end up being real.
        But the ending is different.
        The firefighters didn’t fight the fires.
        This is not how a ten year old kid should remember his childhood.
        His memories will fade as he grows older.
        This should not be the earliest memory he can remember.
        He exited the tunnel. What he doesn't know is that in the future he will be running into this same tunnel for a rescue mission.
        His last mission.
        This is the leader’s story.
