Chapter 1: The Escape

3 MONTHS LATER Y/N's POV

It's Been 3 Months Since I've Got My Memories Back, At The Moment I Just Want To Escape, This Place Is A Living Hell, No Outsider Could Survive This Place, Sometimes I Think If Someone Else Was Here And Not Me, How Would They Feel, Would They Crack Under Pressure? Would They Have Escaped Sooner? But Most Importantly, How Would I Feel? Well Guess What, I'm About Find Out EXACTLY How I Would Feel; My Heart Is Racing And I'm Pacing In My Small Grey Room, There's Nothing I've Ever Wanted More, But I'm...Scared, Well I Think I Am, I Have This Strong Feeling In My Gut That This Is 100 Percent Going To Work..But Then It's Also Saying That I'm Not Good Enough, It's Super overwhelming that I start to sweat, I wipe my forehead with the back of my hand and stand still with my head held high, "This is your time Y/N, if 011 can, you can too, believe in yourself, be fearless" I softly mumble to myself.

After a few minutes, I Decide this is the moment to start, to start a new beginning and life, to make new friends, to try new foods, to have a family. I can't help but feel excited, I Mean, I've been stuck here for 14 years since I was born and now I'm leaving, Well at least it's not that hard to say goodbye to this place, HNL is definitely not hospitable.

I slowly open the heavy metal door, I look down to my feet and up to the door across from me, 002's room, if he sees me He's definitely without a doubt going to tattle, that kids got it in for me since the incident in the Rainbow Room happened and I am NOT letting someone as pathetic and wimpy as 002 get in my way of my mission, I sucessfuly slowly shut the door behind  me without making a noise, I run down the hall as fast as I can, which was not the best idea given the fact I hear 002's door open, "Y/N/N what the hell are you doing, I'm trying to beauty nap" he says in a bratty tone, what a prep, he ain't rich, but he sure does act like he is, "I'm going to the Rainbow Room, you got a problem with that?" I say sassily, (yes that is a word) "no, just shut up and let me sleep" He says, Annoyed, "it's 11am, you shouldn't be sleeping anyways" I say as I run down the rest of the corridor, I head to the Rainbow Room, there is one person who I can say goodbye to. I enter the Rainbow Room and immediately spot who I'm looking for, as he is normally in the same spot, I Walk over to him quietly as I don't want to attract to much attention to myself because my mission is practically a "No-No rule" here in the lab, I lightly tap his shoulder "hey 010" I softly say not trying to scare home, 010 is one of the younger subjects but he's super sweet, he wouldn't hurt a fly. Sometimes I come in here when I'm bored and I help him with his abilities and stuff plus he knows about my plan, "hey Y/N, you executing your 'practically perfect escape plan' today?" I giggle, the name still needs a bit of work but the name of the plan is the least of our problems, " yeah, thought I'd say goodbye to you, I'll miss you" I say to him as I sit next to him, " I'll miss you too, I wish I could come but I wouldn't want to be a problem and you've been wanting this for a while, plus I don't think either of us will make it out given the fact we both have asthma and we'll practically be dragging each other" He says, I laugh a little again, He's not wrong though, "hey your never a problem, we will forever be asthma buddies" I remind him and fist bump him with added sound affects," always, anyways you should get going, I have no clue when Brenner will call another 'reminder of the rules' meeting" I ruffle his hair as we say our final goodbyes, I Stand up and take a deep breath before leaving the Rainbow Room, I Stand behind the wall and see a clear vision of the door, I Don't Know why they decided to put the Rainbow Room close to the door, that just makes it easier for people like me to escape, I look left then right and start walking down the long corridor, All Of A Sudden I walk past a guard and without realising I'm a project he says to me "hello ma'am"
I don't reply and pick up my pace till the point we're I'm speed walking, He watches me then realises his Mistake and yells "WAIT!! BACKUP QUICK" I start to run as fast as I can, my asthma already getting started as I breath heavily while getting chased but around 10 men, thoughts fill my head about how long I've wanted to escape, it makes me run even faster, I slow down as if I'm playing a game of tag and I give up, unfortunately that's not the current situation, I think quickly before realising something, I have Powers, I quickly turn on my heels and face the men, I throw my two hand out and scream out a blood curling scream, the men get push all the way back to wear my room is, that definitely woke up 002, I run out the door and pause, I smell the fresh air and admire the blue sky as I breathe heavily, I'm free, not quite, I Start to pant heavily as I see 10 men on each side of me, I stretch my arms out and scream louder than I have before and pull my arms down, making the men fall to the fall to the floor.

I run and run and run, even if no one's there I continue to run.

TIME SKIP

I've been running for around an hour now, you may think that, that is for a really long time, but at the lab we get time to go in a gym, I spend my time running, it's kinda ironic how I have asthma and all I wanna do is run, I've always kind of wanted to join a track team but I never got the chance, but now, I'm Free.

Sorry for not continuing this book since last year ive just been super stressed with schoolmistress! First Official chapter!! I kind of love this chapter and I'm so excited to keep working on it!!
