Usually, I wake up to one of Shuri's arms, if not her WHOLE BODY draped over me. When she does that, most times I wake up gasping for air, but today, I could breathe easily. Too easily...
I remember Shuri's voice whispering to me last night while I was half asleep (and slightly tipsy) that she had a surprise for me this morning. I thought that the surprise would be something else, but I guess not. Now, I don't know what to do.
I made my way to the bathroom, to fully wake myself up and get ready for the day, when I saw the clothes on the counter, with a note on top.

I scoff at the last part of the note, but hurry to do as she asks. I go about my normal morning, showering, washing my face, brushing my teeth. Finally, I inspect the outfit.

Normally, when Shuri and I go out, she doesn't let me show much skin, so a crop top is surprise for her. I get dressed and finish getting ready. I'm halfway out the door when I realize something: Shuri forgot panties. Normally, she'll at least put a thong out, but today, nothing.

I give a nod to the women outside my door and they lead me outside the palace, to a large fuckin' wilderness looking thing. Of course, that's the place they decide to leave me.

After a few minutes of me just saying nothing, Shuri turns and starts walking into the clearing. I'm still standing here, cuz like WTF just happened? When she notices, she turns around. "Imani. Come on."

Suddenly I feel myself being lifted off the ground. This chick is fr giving me a piggy back ride. Honestly, I didn't even think the skirt could stretch that far.
We walk (well she carries me) for about 15 minutes. She puts me down in front of a treehouse.

So me, being the boss ass bitch that I am (to make up for being carried like a five year old) just brushed past her as started walking up the stairs. At the top, Shuri had set up a picnic with all of my favorite foods, as well as some Wakandan ones that I wanted to try.
As I stand there, taking it all in, Shuri's arms wrap around me. "Do you like it baby?" She whispers in my ear.
"I love it."
Shuri takes my hand and we sit on the blanket she had spread out. At first, we just eat, while she tells me about her work in the lab. Then, our conversation shifts to that bitch Riri and what happened last week.
"I kind of feel like she could have another chance" I say. "On probation at first. But if she's as good as you say, then I don't think you should lose her as a coworker."
Shuri rolls her eyes. "Yes, perhaps. But she had no right-"
I sit up and look at her. "No right to what? To fall in love with me? Don't tell me you think it's impossible."
Shuri just rolls her eyes and smiles. "I love you. No one else can."

She ignored that last part. She moved closer to me and started moving my skirt up my legs. "Did you notice that I forgot something when you were getting ready this morning?" She whispers.
