-the next morning-
The apartment door kept getting knocked on but I was too lazy to get it, I heard Shawn wake up and then he got up to go get it "Oh hey Topanga.. Cory.." Shawn said tiredly, I sat up. I heard Jonathon get out of his room "Hey Topanga, Cory" He said, Shawn came back into the room and looked at me "Its Topanga and Cory. They have news for us well mainly you." Shawn said "Oh yea.. The news from yesterday" I said, getting up. I put on one of Shawn's hoodies then went to the living room with Shawn. "So whats up?" I asked the two lovebirds on the couch "Uhh.. Well Tori... Dad.. He.." Topanga started "Dad what..?" I asked "He kicked the bucket.." Topanga said trying to use a softer way then say he died "When..?" I asked "Yesterday.." Topanga said, I started crying, Shawn hugged my back "And Shawn.." Cory said "What...?" Shawn said "Your dad.. He uh... He found your mom.. Again.. But he called and said hes not coming back.. and hes leaving you here.." Cory said "Oh.." Shawn said shaking, he took my hand, I rubbed it with my thumb to calm him down.
"Uhh Tori.. Also mom would really like if you came to dad's funeral.." Topanga said "Well of course ill go.. But.. how..?" I asked "How what?" Topanga said "How did he die..?" I asked "car accident.." Topanga said "Oh.." I said, I started breathing heavily.. I knew what was happening.. I was having a panic attack.. "Hey hey... Tori... Its ok.. breath..." Shawn said rubbing my back. I fell to the ground, Shawn went beside me and kept rubbing my back. I kept crying and I put my head on Shawn's chest while crying. Jonathon grabbed me a glass of water, I drank some of it and started to calm down "Its ok... Calm down.." Shawn said as I calmed down more "Tori.. Just to tell you, the funeral is in a week..." Topanga said "Ok..." I said "Ima go now.. I love you, Tori.." Topanga said "I love you too, Topanga.." I said back
Topanga and Cory left, Shawn and I went to the couch and sat on it, Jonathon sat in a chair infront of us "Guys... If you need time to process this, I can give you guys some time off from school.." Jonathon said "Y..yes please..." I said "yea.. we need that.." Shawn said "Ok.. Well take the time you need." Jonathon said "Thank you..." I said "Of course. Do you guys want anything to eat?" Jonathon asked "Yea.. actually.." I said "Eggs fine?" Jonathon asked "Yes." Shawn and I said. Jonathon made Shawn and I some eggs, after they were cooked, Shawn and I ate them. Soon after, we went for a walk while John caught up on grading school work. Shawn and I ended up at Chubbies, we played some pool and drank ice tea since we werent legal to buy drinks. I kept beating Shawn, it got our mind off of our dads. "You really suck at this" I laughed "Oh hush" Shawn laughed. He got a scratch again! "Oh my god..." I giggled, Shawn went over to me and kissed me, I kissed him back, smiling "I love you, Tori.." Shawn told me "I love you too" I kissed his cheek "Come on, lets get out of here" Shawn said, I nodded and then we left...
